Some of the gowns come from Barcelona, Toronto, etc. High quality, and classic. After making an appointment, I was sent a survey to help sort through preferences. The day of I was greeted by Kendra, who was a very thorough consultant. She was able to help me in and out of dresses, and point me into the right direction as to what I was looking for. I appreciated the fact that Kendra was upfront about pricing on the phone, and in person. I didn't feel like there was any pushiness, and she just wanted to help me figure out what would genuinely work best for me. I haven't made decisions yet, but I won't hesitate to return when I have a better idea of what we are doing for our wedding. They save the preferences and the dresses you preferred in their computer system as well. Thank you Silk, for your professionalism!

After asking a few thoughtful questions, they brought me several gowns to try -- most I never would have chosen myself. The very first dress was incredible and made me feel amazing. They were able to get me in quickly for both appointments, the location is convenient, and the team truly knows what they're doing. Highly recommend!

The owner, Inna, was amazing. She knew exactly what I wanted and how. There was no confusion on what I was saying and what she knew she had to do. I didn't have a ton that needed to be done but some had some tricky seams to work around. Inna did an insanely good job. Even the way she made the bustle was unique and easy to understand. Sadly I rescheduled my wedding before my last fitting. But the girls allowed me to pick up the dress and reschedule the fitting in 2021 if needed with no penalties! They really cared and took care of this COVID Bride. Definitely recommend this wonderful place!

I had come here in the spring of 2016 to have my wedding dress along with my wedding reception…read moreoutfit altered for my destination wedding which was about 2 months away. My wedding reception outfit was an Indian-western fusion dress made in India according to my measurements. When it arrived, it didn't fit me well and it wasn't what I envisioned. Through a consult with Inna, we were able to come up with a great plan on how to alter the dress that was still cost effective and didn't totally rip the whole thing apart. The end result was amazing and it fit me amazingly. My more traditional off white mermaid cut strapless wedding dress was altered to absolute perfection and my curves had never looked better. I originally wanted my dress as tight as possible around my hips but Inna suggested to leave some room in the hip area so I could last the whole day in the outfit and she was right! I was much more comfortable with that little wiggle room. Her turn around time was very quick, quality of the alterations were incredible, especially with the delicate silk fabric of my Indian outfit and the cost was very reasonable too.

True to the promise, Charisse was ready when I showed up minutes before opening time (10am) and had me fitted with a perfect suit for the occasion. They even tailored my pants to get the exact fit and by 11:30am I had everything I needed for the 3pm wedding, which included walking the bride down the aisle. Needless to say, Vittorio's saved the day for me. But it was Charisse's attentive service and professionalism that really impressed me. I knew the moment that I stepped in the store it was all going to be ok. And to top it off the price was quite reasonable.

We have called multiple times with the answer "we will call you when it's in, it will be in before the date of the event." It's one week before our event and we still have not heard if the suit is in. Does it really take 2-3 months for a suit to come in!? Not to mention it will need to be tailored. Will NEVER use this place of business again. Very disappointed.
