This place just sold me a sick puppy and then does not want to pay 9for the vet visit and te sting that diagnosed what she was sick with. Wich by the way is highly contagious. I will say that I was offered payment ONLY for the meds to treat her. The expense for her medication is by the way, minimal compared to the total expense we have incurred this far. The testing our veterinary DR did, was to diagnosis the infectious parasite that she IS sick with. Without the test she would not be getting the correct medication. They twist your contract and claim that visiting the vet, and testing are not reasonable. Of course they have informed us that we are welcome to return this sick baby back to them, but we are committed to seeing her through this.

They told me they were absolutely stopping services on him as he was barrel rolling, and trying to bite. He doesn't react this way ever and I even called his normal groomer to confirm if this is how he acts - she said absolutely not as they must have done something to provoke him. They weren't very nice upon drop off - my boyfriend assisted me with bringing them in and they were absolutely rude & just dragged my dogs back with a loop leash. They ended up doing just a bath on my little one & full service on my big one- I simply am disgusted with the services and unhappy with the establishment as a whole.

My childhood pet macaw was boarded at Ana's Parrots & Supplies for a few weeks while my family completed a local move. During its stay, my macaw became seriously ill. According to the veterinarian who treated her afterward, she contracted a virus that is typically spread by other birds. She later aspirated, developed pneumonia, and tragically passed away. After discovering the illness, we called the owner to inform her of what happened. Instead of expressing any concern or taking responsibility, she was rude and blamed my mother for the bird becoming sick -- despite the fact that our macaw had never been exposed to other birds in her entire life until being boarded here. My mother spent roughly $2,000 on testing and treatment trying to save her, only for her to pass shortly after. Since sharing our experience, several local bird owners, avian vets, and bird experts in our area have echoed similar concerns about this facility. I truly wish we had known all of this beforehand. Losing a lifelong family pet in this way was devastating. While I can only speak to my personal experience, the lack of accountability and the conditions that allowed this to happen are deeply concerning. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision before trusting this business with the care of their birds.
