It's really hard to write a review like this. Because there are 5-star companies.... and then there are people who _give you your life back_!! I have been going here for 7 or so years, seeing Jessica. She is extremely skilled, constantly learning and training on new techniques, with a thirst for knowledge and a natural talent for massage and healing. She has helped me through two brain tumors, an auto immune disease and a few pulled muscles. I lucked out finding her by googling "therapeutic massage"! But she also does some energy work (Reiki), aromatherapy, heat therapy, and more. The location is pretty, brand new, very calm inside. But again, it's the massage therapists here who really shine. I would trust them with anyone I love. Again, how do you convey in words the value of a business that enabled you to live when nobody else could help? I'm not quite sure. I am giving this 3 stars as the inside is beautiful and the staff was nice and friendly. I received the worst massage I've ever had here, but it was still a massage and by no means horrible. 1. 90 minute massage was booked and total massage time was closer to 70 minutes (they were running behind). 2. Lower back at tail bone was not massaged 3. Front of legs were not massaged 4. Lower arms and hands were not massaged 5. Face was not massaged 6. Scalp/head was not massaged 7. Back of thighs and gluts were not massaged 8. There is a sink in the room and one of the ladies was very loud when using it I may expect too much, but this is the first time I've experienced a massage with so many things that were missed or went wrong. read more

I purchased a couples massage for my husband and myself for VDay. I've never had a massage before and I have to say, this place set the bar very high. Everyone was extremely nice and accommodating. They had live music, drinks, hors d'oeuvres, chocolate covered strawberries...basically everything to make it an amazing experience! This is a wonderful place to get a massage! I had been making my appointments with Felix Reyes. Although it makes me sad that he had to quit recently He was very good! Instead I made a new appt with Jose for Wed because I've been having low back and neck pain. I was a bit wary with starting with a new masseuse but Angela at the front desk assured me that he was really good when I made the appt. I explained my issues to Jose and he incorporated deep tissue, trigger point and activated stretching on me. I felt completely relaxed after the appointment and like a new person! I already have another appt scheduled with him. Everybody massage also offers a great discount on rebookings. This is the best massage I have ever had! Jackie was absolutely wonderful. The ambiance of the entire place helps relax you as soon as you pull up. The massage was so relaxing. I have been dealing with horrible low back, SI joint pain for months. Jackie was sure to ask me several times if the pressure was ok. I had lots of knots and she did wonders! I walked out of there feeling better than I had in months. Also, as a plus size person, getting a massage can sometimes bring on a lots of questions or even a little anxiety. This was my second visit. My husband booked a massage to celebrate our anniversary and he paid for it. It was on our honeymoon that my husband decided to book it. We did it online and I decided to try another therapist than my first visit (Vickie). Well, when you book online, there are columns highlighting each therapist with what types of massages they specialize in as well as their massage firmness. We scrolled through a few people (based on their availability) for the weekend of our anniversary. We landed on Xanthe because she was available that day and because I wanted to try a firmer massage. Perfect, my husband was sent a confirmation email with all the details of the date/time/therapist (see attached picture). Fast forward to today...I get there and check-in. Waited for a few minutes then was surprised when Vickie (the same therapist I had the first time) came out. I couldn't remember the name of the therapist we booked with, but I knew Vickie was NOT her. Whatever, I think. They must have had issues with scheduling. After the massage, Vickie left so I could put on my clothes. I changed and walked out to the front to pay. I'm waiting a few minutes, which is fine, when another therapist grabs the receptionist and she apologizes for the wait. No worries, I get it. We go over the payment details (my husband's card bc he booked it) when I asked about my therapist being different than the one I booked. The receptionist didn't quite understand. I explained that my husband and I looked at the therapists online when we booked online, because I wanted to try another therapist, etc. She explained that she couldn't see what therapist I was booked with on the appointment and that I should book over the phone to specify which therapist I wanted, although it was specified over the confirmation email. She then asked if I wanted to leave a tip. I said no because of the surprise of the wrong therapist doing my appointment. I understand if therapists move around their availability (life happens), but I would have preferred a heads-up that I would be seeing a different therapist than the one I originally booked with. I thought I was in a foreign country. The masseuse was not friendly at all. I felt as though I was not welcome in the establishment. The front desk did not give me a receipt for the cash payment. I was not given a price until I asked for the price and the lady said $75 for an hour. I ask if I could get a half hour and she said she would charge me $63 for an hour. She never answered if if I could get a half hour treatment and what it cost. I would not recommend this place at all. read more

I asked what our masseuses names because we forgot to ask their names and she rudely said ".. Hannah" and I said what's the other girls name?
