Well: The original online estimate, before I sent photos was $250, after I sent photos we agreed on $400.... By the time Brandon & William finished they hauled 2-3/4 loads of junk left from the previous tenant.... so I ended up paying them $1,000, just a bit more than the original estimate, but 1/2 of all other estimates. They remove 99.9% of everything: Furniture, Trash, Tires, Paint, Household cleaning fluids... They spent 45+ minutes removing the doors from the refrigerator, as it was too big to get out of the kitchen and they swept up as well. What makes me unhappy and the reason for rewriting this review & taking off stars: After asking for a receipt for services, I was told that they do not give receipts, but would send me a copy of my check. It has been 6 days and I still do not copy of my check (which Brandon took a photo of on his phone): I have asked Brandon several times (in person, via e-mail, & on the phone) to send a copy of my check to my e-mail.... Apparently a copy was sent to the Real Estate/Escrow agent, but not to me. read more
