Unprepared and not as professional as I would expect. Pretty gruff and impolite in terms of interactions, but that's not the issue. Got an initial quote for a clean out for a filthy rental property where the tenants trashed the place and left trash and furniture. I sent additional 20 photos and videos to show the extent of the job, and followed up with a call to describe the awful condition (smell, feces, urine). In that call, they said they've seen everything and that it wasn't that bad, and that they were hazmat licensed. Got a second quote based off of that, which was twice the original quote, which was completely fine because I wanted to make sure the job scope was clear. Made an appointment, they arrived much earlier and sounded so annoyed to find that I wasn't already be there, so I had to rush out of work to meet them. On the way, got another call from them saying based on the smell from the outside (there were trash bags outside), that they would need to charge more because they seemed in a hazmat situation. At this point they had not even seen the inside of the house yet. Got another call five minutes after that where they said they were not equipped or prepared. I reminded them that I had sent additional photos and videos and discussed the disgusting conditions with them, so they should have been prepared for this. Obviously, they just didn't want to do the job. That's fine, but it's unprofessional to agree to do a job after seeing videos and photos and a call clearly explaining the job, wasting my time. They left before I even got there. No apologies for being unprepared or acknowledge the fact that they probably didn't assess the scope of the job properly. read more

Besides him being very punctual, he was also very professional. As he was rolling my first job out to his truck, I realized that I had a stack of pavers and bricks that have just been sitting on the side of my house since we bought the place.
