Wow..... By far the…read moreworst place to deal with. I called them because my kids school had an outbreak and I wanted to be sure my kids haven't gotten it and to prevent it. They put a pending charge on my card for the full amount, not just a travel charge. They canceled without contacting me. I called them and they said my voicemail is full which is impossible because my voicemail is tied to my email and has unlimited space. I configured my voicemail this way because of all the telemarking calls so I make sure not to miss any messages. No text, no call, no nothing. They don't have any other people around willing to work in Los Angeles according to them. The person on the phone when I called was super rude and hung up on me because I caught her up on her lies! No attempt to fix anything other than saying there technicians car broke down. Make sure they can commit to you before letting them attempt to charge you in full. They should be a honest business and only charge a trip charge to book the appointment and the remaining upon arrival if there technicians are not reliable!
