First off, I would like to thank Alec and his staff from Everyday patio for the excellent experience! I cold called them and asked them about services they offered. I was greeted by Leticia and after speaking to her, I found out that they are a family owned business. I scheduled a home estimate. The rep came out and was very knowledgeable and friendly. At the time my friend/neighbor happened to be there, he was so impressed with the quality of the product, we decided to both get the cantalever for each of our homes! Alec the owner came out for a meet and greet, we talked through the process and scheduled an install date. I was in the middle of a complete remodel of my home and had to push back the date a couple of times and they were more than understanding. When Alec and his crew came to start the job, I was very impressed with how detailed and smooth the process was. The handling the product to installation and clean up. A wonderful company that provided us remarkable quality build of our sunroom. It was a big project for us and we wanted a great reputable company to work with. Jeff, from the sale team came out and provided us a detailed quote with many different scenarios. He was very professional and was willing to work with us on their pricing. We were able to bundle demo and new concrete into our package. And the best part was, they took care of the city permits. Keep in mind that if you build sunroom, you must also factor in the electric panel. It has to be moved and cannot be located in the sunroom. Throughout the whole project, Everyday Patio were prompt, professional and informative. They were always available to give us updates and also listened to our concerns. They were very quick to respond and very quick to offer solutions to our questions. What was admirable was that they even came out to correct a minor issues after our sunroom was complete. They are great!! Alec and James were always there to ensure we got the best service and quality. We are truly grateful for their service and expertise. It has been a while since Everyday Patio (EP) completed work for me. I apologize for not posting this review sooner. Anyway, my review covers not only how EP completed the job, but how their work has held up over the many months with the extreme weather conditions we've been experiencing. EP was the 3rd company I received an estimate. To protect myself, I requested the job have a city permit. The other two companies tried to talk me out of it but, EP had no problems with my request. Though the crew was very young, they handled the job very professionally from the demolition (James/Alec/Peter) to the construction of the patio (Angel/Peter again/plus the other guys) to the final follow up with the city and EP (Leticia). Though they all did a fantastic job, there is one thing I wish I could have know to improve the design of the two panels installed to shelter both back doors. After it rains, the panels do collect water, and though they are purposely installed at an angle to minimize the pooling, it isn't enough. I have no safe way of extracting the water other than wait for evaporation to occur. Aside from that, I would definitely recommend them! I really love my patio! Thanks Everyday Patio! read more

We used Everyday Patio to remove our existing wood lattice patio cover and replace it with a solid Elitewood aluminum cover. We had received quotes from three different patio cover companies but chose Everyday Patio as their price was competitive plus the salesperson (Jeff) had no issue meeting with us a couple of times to answer any questions we might have and make suggestions as to the best options for our cover. We also appreciated the color & lighting suggestions we received from the owner (Alec) on the walk through & final measurements prior to the installation. Our installation was a little tricky since we ultimately mounted it on the edge of the roof to get enough height and the cover also had a 45-degree angle. The team did a great job on the installation and the part that we most appreciated was that they consulted with us several times on things like light placement, electrical connections, rafter tails, etc.. to make sure it was what we wanted. In May 2023 I had an older unpermitted patio cover in the back of the house that became a barrier to add another cover to our front due to our city's rules and regulations. Everyday Patio handled all the permitting and inspections, removed the old cover and put in new covers in the back and front. Once dealing with the city and permits and inspections was addressed, the work was completed quickly and neatly (no mess was left for us to clean up). after speaking to several patio installers, my wife found everyday patio on youtube. we saw the videos and really liked what they are doing. i also did my research and found out that they use the best materials for patios (four seasons). so we gave them the job and AJ (Alec) and his crew did the install of our insulated patio cover which is 16 feet deep by 22 feet wide. along with the patio, we had two outlets, four recessed lights and a ceiling fan installed. they did a very nice job and we are very happy with the way our patio cover turned out. i would recommend everyday patio for your new EVERYDAY PATIO. read more
