Made sure that the downspouts are pointed away and flow away from my house. No trash left over or did not use my garbage cans. Final thought - Include them when doing your estimate. They will earn your business. Very satisfactory work. Haven't rain yet but I will follow up with this review when that happens.

A lot of people (like myself at first lol), think gutters are just a simple add-on, but after dealing with overflowing water during these recent storms, staining on the siding, and water pooling near the foundation, we realized how critical they really are. We spent a lot of time researching before choosing this company, and I'm glad we did. From the very beginning, they took the time to really walk us through everything. They inspected the home and how water was moving across the roofline and off the house. What stood out immediately was his expertise and knowledge of the sheet metal trade. One of our biggest concerns going into the project was durability and long-term performance. We didn't want something that would just work for a couple of years and then start sagging, overflowing, or leaking. They discussed several material options with us, but also spent time explaining the advantages of copper gutters. I really appreciated that they weren't pushy about it, they simply explained the pros and cons. The copper option was fascinating to learn about. Not only does copper have an incredible lifespan compared to other materials, but it also develops that classic patina over time which actually protects the metal while giving the house a really beautiful look. We had always noticed copper gutters on older high-end homes and historic properties but never realized how functional they are as well. They explained that copper resists corrosion extremely well and, when installed properly, can last decades longer than typical gutter systems. It was a no brainer and the copper is what we decided to move forward with. I really appreciated the fact that they treated the project like a long-term solution rather than a quick installation. The finished result looks fantastic. The gutters blend well with the house and, most importantly, they actually work the way they should. During the last rainstorm we had, the water flowed smoothly through the system with no issues whatsoever. Got the job done in one day - 130 linear ft gutters. And 90 ft downspouts. Cleaned up after and Raul was on site working the whole day. We went with the copper as it accentuated our Tudor home beautifully. 6 in oval gutters and 4 inch downspouts.

We were looking for a reliable patio contractor on Yelp and were fortunate to find Sun Block Patio. From the beginning, they helped us design a patio that worked perfectly with our existing backyard, which already had a pool, spa, and other features. It was challenging to determine the best locations for the support posts without taking up too much space or blocking the walkway, but they came up with an excellent design. They were able to build a beautiful 40-50 foot patio using only three posts, which kept the area feeling open and spacious. Once the project started, Alex and his team did a fantastic job. We especially want to recognize Frank for his incredible craftsmanship. His attention to detail was amazing--every cut was precise down to the millimeter, which is very difficult to achieve with aluminum. The finished work looks clean, seamless, and professionally done. Our project also ran into a couple of unexpected issues on our end, but Alex and his team were incredibly patient, understanding, and willing to work with us every step of the way. First time using an outside contractor to complete a patio cover; excellent service, very knowledgeable, cost effective, they definitely know what they are doing! Alex and his team, tore down a 40 year old wood patio cover with no issues. They were very timely and extremely experienced about their work. They always kept the work area very clean during and after their days worked. Being the house would need to be painted as well, I asked Alex to postpone the build, without any hesitation, Alex agreed. We postponed the build for three weeks which most contractors would deny the postponement being contractual. When all said and done, the patio cover came out beautifully, being my parent's house and my mom's aging wishes (very particular); loved the patio and amazed how good it looks! Paradise Patio Covers recently installed an insulated Duralum brand aluminum cover over my rear…read morepatio. Owner Eric was very professional, responsive, and easy to communicate with. We had to accommodate a unique roofline and Eric helped figure it out, though it seems that the materials are best suited for a straight-forward, plug-and-play installation with minimal customization. The pricing was competitive. We opted to have six can lights, a ceiling fan (the fan was provided by us and they installed it), and two outlets installed. After signing the contract, the installation occurred roughly 4-6 weeks out due to their full installation schedule, so plan accordingly and book as soon as you feel comfortable if you know you want to go with them. The installation team (five workers total, led by Jesus) was quick, efficient, and respectful. They installed the cover in one day and left the area clean prior to departing. Here are a couple of minor "issues" we encountered... one post is not completely square/perpendicular to the nearby patio edge, so this is a bit more obvious to see, but not terrible. The covered outlets they installed were standard indoor style. I chose to replace them with GFCI outlets (cost me $40 total at Home Depot) since they are outdoors and one has a fountain plugged into it. I would recommend Paradise Patio Covers to friends and neighbors and would definitely use them again.

I've attached photos and documentation for context, including the contract terms and my cancellation notice. Troy's reasoning is that we texted prior with questions but I've followed his contract which required email cancelation and not text. My experience has been extremely frustrating due to the lack of communication and failure to promptly return funds that I believe are owed. Before signing, I encourage potential customers to read the 1-star reviews and do their own research. Based on my experience, I would not do business with this company again.

The crew were always on time. They demolished and hauled away materials. The crew worked their full day and sometimes additional hours to stay on schedule. It was easy to communicate because the lead and most crew members spoke English. The cleaning, sweeping, and blowing off debris was done daily leaving a clean space. Crafted patio delivered on their contract and communicated well with me from the initial estimate all the way through the completion of my custom patio cover. I highly recommend working with Troy because he provided answers, explanations and options. I am so glad I found and contracted Crafted Patios for my custom patio cover.
