The Medela breast pump was returned to Lullaby Baby in the original packaging within the return window. The breast pump was $1,849.99 and Lullaby Baby has refused to send any refund to me. Amazon customer service stated Lullaby Baby marked the entire refund as "restocking fees". Multiple emails and phone calls have been made. No response has been given to me or Amazon customer support. The store employees have taken my information multiple times and have yet to give me any response. This has gone on multiple months now. Avoid this business at all costs!

They got me two new wheels for my stroller, A brand new chair, A stroller organizer and the new bumper bar for such a good price. Parking was a little bit difficult, but there is a parking lot at 75 Smith Street that is pretty affordable right down the block. The store was very inviting with all the uppa baby merchandise. I was happy with the customer service and I just showed my stroller to a new mom friend who pushed it around and commented on how well it functions. Highly recommend taking your Uppababy strollers here for servicing. Wish there was one in the Bay Area where we are now but the closest one is in Santa Monica. At least there is one in the state. I forget how much we paid but it was reasonable if there was a charge and I remember feeling like it was worth the visit and cost to bring the stroller there during our trip back to NYC with our then 6 mo old baby for a friend's wedding to get this done.

Some of it is pricey, but everything is very well-made and there are certainly items in all price ranges. Most of all, this store is accommodating to babies. The staff helped me get my stroller in; they have two changing pads with diapers and wipes (plus I think a toiler sprayer for cloth diapers?); and they let me nurse in the back room. The first item on our wish list: a hat for our 1-year-old nephew. The clerk quickly showed us to a display of winter hats, and we found a great knit hat for roughly $30 that will hopefully stretch a bit as our nephew grows. And since we have a baby on the way, we couldn't resist looking for something fun for our babe too. Smoochie Baby carries everything from baby and infant clothes and shoes and accessories to books to nursery decor to toys. (I particularly remember that Smoochie Baby carries shoes because in perhaps an example of Brooklyn extraness, the customers who came in after us asked the clerk if they stock any vegan baby shoes.) We ended up going with a soft, plush dragon -- our future son's first stuffed animal. It seems well made and didn't break the bank at about $35. And it makes me smile every time I look at it. I'm here to spend money in your store, what does my age have to do with anything? What kind of department store BARS ITS TARGET DEMOGRAPHIC FROM SHOPPING IN THE FIRST PLACE?! I expressed how insulted I felt about his comments and rules, and kept telling him that I am old enough to belong. He just stared at me with such spite and hit me again with the lowkey threat. Frustrated and short on patience (I just came from a trip out-of-state and was especially tired...) I gave him my ID. Even with proof in his face, it still wasn't good enough for him. I've had encounters with scummy people before, but I have never been so emasculated in public in all my days. To the entity who did that to me: Sort yourself out.
