Very Responsive I had a multitude of special requests that were resolved in a timely fashion with no complaints. From changing delivery times to finding a cake maker that could make a "healthy" cake, Eleanor was able to reach out to her network of vendors to make it happen. 2. Highly Flexible / Accommodating Up until the day of the event, Eleanor was able to make last minute changes and also assist with a special equipment pick up that she definitely did not need to help with. She stepped up and helped to resolve the issue at hand. 3. Detail Orientated / Professional With any event, details can change quickly and often. Anytime a change occurred I was informed promptly and in a professional manner. 4. Punctual Day of event, Eleanor and her assistant arrived at the time promised and she stayed on top of her vendors to ensure that they were also on time. 5. Competitively Priced I made the decision to pay the extra money to have Eleanor act as the event planner on the ground in Vegas as I do not live there. For a reasonable fee, she took on the responsibility of representing as point person for the other vendors and service providers. The fee was well worth the piece of mind and a smoothly run event. 6. Creative Design From the balloon design to the interactive backdrops, each piece was well thought out and creative. Here is why I would recommend Cobblestone Cottage (from a male perspective who has never been to a tea house). (1) I called for Easter Sunday reservation 4 days prior to Easter. I imagined the place would be booked, yet instead of the host who answered the phone simply stating they were sold out, she said she would see what could be done to possibly get us in and have someone call me back. (2) To my surprise, the owner (Arsine) called me a day later and also stated they were full, yet she stated she wanted me to know she was going to keep trying to see if she could juggle reservations and get us in. (3) Yet again, the owner remembers to call me the following day and secures a reservation. I was shocked that she remembered and knew she was making every effort to create a memorable moment for my mom. (4) My mom unfortunately had accident requiring hospitalization and we had to cancel our reservation. The owner actually called back to ask how my mom was doing! Wow...that was amazing display of heartfelt care from a busy business owner. (5) The owner worked with us to find another day that we could arrive after my mom recovered. Upon arrival, we were literally greeted with open arms by the owner. Literally this woman was there to ensure all was well. Her service team was a delight and equally attentive. The other patrons were smiling and clearly also enjoying their experience. And most of all for me, my mom kept smiling in gratitude and admiration of a lovely afternoon. (6) And final note, the food and decadent sconces, soup, salad, sandwiches, and desserts were DELICIOUS. As it turns out, the owner is a chef. Arsine is a class act when it comes to hospitality. A visit to Cobblestone Cottage is like going to your favorite relatives house and being embraced and cared for like family.

I had been to Las Vegas before with a group of guys, generally the hosts had viewed us as dollar signs, trying to coerce us to buy bottles and a table for the maximum cost. But Good Times' hosts were very sincere and helpful It was really refreshing to see. We ended up having a great time and the hosts at each event treated as great. All the arrangements were spot on. Palmer also checked up on me during the night and even called us a limo because we were well wasted by then. I'd recommend them to anyone for their Vegas event coordinating needs.
