We had our son's 6th birthday party here with a total of 15 kids and 10 adults. We reserved the larger party room and went with a Minecraft theme. This was also our first time visiting Wally Wombats. If you choose the Minecraft theme, be prepared to bring a few extra decorations if you want it to feel more complete. I knew ahead of time that they only offered two Minecraft birthday backdrops and two Minecraft "Happy Birthday" banner options. I selected the ones I wanted, but they ended up putting up both backdrops and both banners. It wasn't a big deal, though. I brought Minecraft themed cups, plates, napkins, matching colored utensils, a Minecraft number 6 piñata (I left it empty and used it only as decoration since piñata use isn't allowed), and a large number 6 balloon. I dropped off my extra decorations and items the day before so they were able to get those set up before the party. They already had the table covers set up and even added black napkins inside the cups as an accent which made everything look a little more elevated. They also set up balloon table decor, but honestly, they just got in the way and took up table space. They do provide plates, napkins, and utensils if you prefer not to bring your own, but they're solid colors that coordinate with the theme rather than having Minecraft designs, which is why I decided to bring my own. One thing I really appreciated is that they allow outside food and beverages. The only challenge is that you have about 15 minutes before your reserved party time to get everything set up, so you'll want to come prepared and organized, or have guests arrive a little later, although that still counts toward your reserved party time. I have to admit that even the largest party room felt a little smaller than I expected, but we still made it work comfortably. The play area is through a separate set of doors where shoes aren't allowed. It does help keep the play area more sanitary, which I appreciate. The kids had an absolute blast, and the building was well air-conditioned, which is a huge plus during the Las Vegas summer. The café was also a nice bonus for anyone wanting additional drinks or food. I communicated through calls and text quite a bit with Verina throughout the booking process and with all of my many questions. Although I never had the chance to meet her in person, I really wanted to give her a shout-out because she was incredibly helpful and patient. We were also fortunate enough to use Groupon for both the party package and additional guests. One thing to note is that the Groupon for extra guests does not include grip socks. Fortunately, many of our guests brought their own, so we didn't have to purchase any additional pairs. I also didn't realize that the birthday child receives complimentary admission, so I accidentally paid for one extra child. The staff kindly gave me a voucher that I can use for a future visit, which I really appreciated. My 3 1/2 year old absolutely loved meeting Wally Wombat and Poppy the Troll. She asked to go back almost every day afterward, and the party was over a month ago! Hopefully we'll be able to visit again soon. I deducted a star because of some of the video content being projected onto the interactive wall near the ball pit. At one point, it appeared to show footage with a large monstrous like human character, zombies, blood, and knives. In my opinion, it just wasn't very appropriate for young kids. That said, the projection is interactive and lets the kids throw balls at the wall, and there were other games and videos that seemed much more age-appropriate. I just wish the more mature content wasn't included in the rotation. Overall, every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful, and all three of my kids had an amazing time. This is a fantastic value, especially if you're able to use Groupon. Between the flexibility of bringing your own food and drinks, the indoor play area for hot days, and the helpful staff, I'd definitely consider hosting another birthday party here in the future. read more

What a great facility! Took my kids during spring break and hung out there for 4 hours. The staff was super friendly and helpful during our entire experience. I loved that there was always someone in the play area keeping it kept and clean so the kids could continue to enjoy themselves. There were enough tables for families to sit at and they were kept wiped down and clean. We enjoyed the experience and will be back to this facility soon. read more

My 2 grandchildren love this location and I love it too always clean not to busy clean restrooms a snack bar and video games that are affordable, the price is very competitive with other inside play grounds, been coming for years, the kids are 7 now getting a little big but it's better than McDonalds slides and not real height limit quite yet- so go down try it out highly recommend on a hot summer day, air conditioning feels great!! read more

Customer service is a hit or miss at this place. The 2 stars is based on the fact that my 2 year old child loves this place. I had to remove a few stars due to bad customer service and the fact that they charge even for teenagers who just sit at the tables. So if you only have little ones, go ahead and skip this post because it is a fun place for little ones! They will love it... I have no problem paying for all my children if there is something for them to do? There is NOTHING targeted for a teenager. This place is for 2-5 year olds. A designated ball pit for kids under 3, small tricycles for a toddler and nothing for a teenager to do. If you are going to charge for teens- make them feel included so they can also have fun? Otherwise drop the age to 10 and under because this place is SMALL and meant for tiny children. Again if you have a toddler this is great. Just beware for those with age gaps, this is not truly family friendly because they will charge you for your teen who simply sits at the table and doesn't even run around. We won't be back because unfortunately I can't leave my teenager alone just so my toddler can run around. Will be spending our money elsewhere. read more

Wally Wombats is a solid spot to bring the kids if you're in the Summerlin area. The place is really clean, which is always a relief for a play space, and the staff is super friendly and helpful. There's a big arcade area that kept my kids busy for a while, and they especially loved the little bikes they could ride around on. It also felt safe and well-monitored, so I didn't have to stress while they ran around and explored. Definitely one of those places you can keep in rotation when you need an easy, kid-friendly outing. read more

Let's start by saying the staff is very sweet and kind! I've been to this location twice now and planning my third visit for this week! My daughter had the best time playing and running around! There is so much different things for toddlers to do! Pricing isn't the worst, I feel like it could be a little cheaper for two or more kids. But they do have toddler time! Monday - Friday 9am-12pm at $12.50 per child under 5yrs old. (See flyer below) Was it clean? For the most part it was! Staff was even coming around every 20-30 mins to make sure they picked things up and put things back where they belonged! The only complaint I would make was in the room with the foam ball shooters there was a nail sticking straight up that my daughter almost stepped on. For a quick fix I picked it up and gave it to a staff worker that was walking around. Then I just scanned the room for more so nobody would get hurt. read more

My son and nephew LOVED it. One just turned two, the other is two and a half. We spent a good two hours there. My only complaint is that older kids (~8) are playing in the 3 and under ball pit. We really enjoy coming here . One reason is they don't nickel and dime you for everything. You can bring your old socks and don't need a special pair that cost $10 like the other places. It's clean and safe and always a good Henderson crowd. Would recommend coming here you will be a fan. read more

We had my daughter's first birthday here in June 2024 and let me say I am a HUGE fan. The staff was amazing from start to finish helping set up her treat table, all decor that they had on stock but also what I brought in and they cleaned up EVERYTHING. I was not expecting such great hospitality but they were on it, so I am very appreciative of that. They kept me on time with all of our events and were friendly to all of our party guests. The only downside is the room was smaller than expected but I did bring several people. If you're looking for a party venue I highly recommend giving this location a try. My 3.5 year old LOVED Wally Wombats! This was a great find while we were in town to get some energy out. There was a wide variety of structures, activities and toys to stay busy for a few hours and my son was exhausted by the time we left. Coming from Seattle, the entrance fee was a steal and the ball pits provided tons of entertainment. I appreciated that the facility was shoe free and extremely clean. Never again for my child's party. Upon arrival, the room was very hot. I had to find a staff member to request the temp be adjusted. I ordered the balloon arch and it ended up being about 4-5 feet of balloons straight across. Although, I was refunded after. I also ordered a fruit platter and this was not provided. I left a voicemail, but no one has contacted me yet. I was told they would announce in the playroom when the pizza was ready. It was not announced. The staff was very nice, but I had to request items, such as plates for the adults. Only the children's plates and cups were provided.
