My experience rated for everything to help any bride to be: Caitlin - AMAZING 5 star service! She would quickly respond and answer all questions. Our photographer was Mike. My rate: 1) Personality- 5 stars. He was outgoing and friendly. Easy to talk to and avoid awkwardness 2) Photography - 3.5 he's been doing this for years per what he told me but it just didn't show. I expected to be guided and told how to pose from an expert so that our family pictures would come out nicely and not look disorganized. I had to pretty much just guess with my family and take the picture. And family members even made comments when we arrived to the hotel about how they felt we came out because he didn't tell us how to pose. For our private pictures on the strip those went a lot better, he did a great job of trying to take candid like pictures. Which is why I'm rating 3 stars because those honestly came out nice. Almost forgot!!!! I thought he'd take a picture of us with our rings but we had only our phone photos for that. I follow many photographers and many had the same must have bride pictures and I didn't get that :( Finished product: 3 stars. The edited photos as advertised are actually just black & white of the same pictures which I'm not even a fan of. I would've preferred them to give me other pictures than give me the same in black&white. There are some pictures that were edited like my dark elbow, they did go ahead and match it to skin tone. And one where a family member had her eyes closed so they edited her pic with eyes open. I went with rating 4 stars because I reached out to Caitlin because I expected a bit more pictures and I missed one of the locations due to us running late and the chapel also being super busy. It pushed us behind schedule and we had to shoot at only 1 location. Anywho, I reached out to her and she offered me a way to compensate for that. So that helped with rating extra. Would I recommend them to a friend? Most definitely but I'd tell them only if they are eloping privately. No family because my family pictures were just scrambled. I decided to upload 3 of my fave pictures (mind you I received first look, getting ready pics) and 1 of the family picture to give you an idea of what I meant by disorganized, clumpy look to it. Yes, we were a big family but as past experiences I've seen friends pictures and there family is bigger and their photos look amazing. I had some pinterest ideas for poses that he had no problem doing. Everything felt natural and not forced. My pictures came out a lot better than I expected and I received the final pictures within 5 days. The gallery was all high resolution and super simple to download photos, you can even download from your phone. I would definitely recommend, and will probably use them for engagement/wedding pics.

I had my wedding dress alterations done by Irina, and I just cannot praise her enough! I came to…read moreher feeling so defeated, my bridal salon ordered my dress two sizes too big so when I finally received it I absolutely hated the way it looked on me. So much so in fact, that I actually bought a second dress. Unfortunately that one had even more wrong with it. I originally went to another alterations shop in Chinatown that had positive reviews, but my experience was not positive at all. The woman completely rushed me and was not willing to make any customizations, which I really needed since I was not happy with either dress. After leaving that appointment feeling completely defeated, I found Irina online and ended up bringing both dresses to her. She was BEYOND patient with me and had me try on both dresses to see what we could do to each, and helped me decide to go with my first dress. I went in for weekly appointments- we completely changed the shape of the top of my dress, added rhinestone trim, took it in a TON, added two different bustles so I had options, and hemmed it. She did all of this for $450 which was beyond reasonable compared to what I've seen some other brides pay. I also brought my Mom's wedding dress to Irina and she added lace from her dress to my veil, and took lace from my dress and added it to my shoes. She did that for an additional $100. She even allowed me to bring my 3 bridesmaids and my 2 Aunts in for a fitting when they were all in town for my shower. Overall this was such a positive experience and I would definitely encourage other brides to go to Irina for their alterations and customizations, she is the absolute best!
