Raymond estimated a 2.5-hour installation and even texted me twice to confirm the appointment. On the morning of my appointment, he reached out to let me know about a 15-minute delay -- great communication, which I appreciated. The job ended up taking about eight hours due to a mechanical issue, and when I reviewed my receipt, I noticed the windshield tint (which I thought we had included) wasn't listed in the price. I'll take some of the responsibility for not asking for a written quote instead of relying on notes. This is a newer, family-run business, and Raymond clearly takes pride in his work and shop.
