She had staff in all parts of the house to prevent any theft. She provided receipts for services rendered (including final cleaning and carpet cleaning), and even itemized receipts for items sold. She knows the heartbeat of the Santa Ynez Valley and has connections everywhere. We couldn't be happier and are appreciative that we didn't need to tackle this enormous chore by ourselves.
