The seller even mentioned it could be a "Monet" and implied it might be worth something. I wasn't buying it to resell--I simply loved it for my living room. But when I got home and cleaned the glass, I realized it was just a photocopy, not even a lithograph. So he basically could have just charged me for the frame $5. Rip off. I enjoy collecting unique pieces for my home, so I'm not upset about decorating with it. My concern is that some items seem to be priced or represented as though they're more valuable than they actually are. I also overheard another couple in the garage looking at some car-cleaning supplies. They picked up a small sponge that was marked at $3, and they commented that it seemed way overpriced. Personally, I thought it was something that should have been around 50 cents. I noticed the same pattern with a lot of the smaller knickknacks--items that I would normally expect to see priced at four for $1 or around $1.50 were marked at $3 to $5 each. On a positive note, I did mention my concerns to the seller, and he was receptive. He said he was willing to discuss prices, negotiate, and make corrections where appropriate, which I appreciated. So if you stop by, don't be afraid to ask about the price--it sounds like there's some flexibility.

No inventory list provided unless item sold for over $100. Please do your homework. Instead, they staged the entire home in a completely different Mid-Century Modern style without our approval or communicating the change. Mistakes happen, and we would have been understanding had the situation been handled with accountability and care. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. When we spoke with Penny (the owner) about the mistake, we found the call extremely unprofessional. She focused on blaming miscommunication within her team and was barely apologetic. When we asked if they could expedite the restaging because their mistake was delaying our listing, she said she would "try." When we asked about a partial refund, she said she would "put in a request," despite being the owner. They also told us they would send the new design for approval before restaging, but never did. Ultimately, they corrected the staging, but their mistake delayed our listing by about a week, and they declined to offer any partial refund. The staging mistake itself isn't why I'm leaving a 1-star review - it's how the mistake was handled. Had we received a sincere apology, clear ownership, and thoughtful customer service, I would have felt very differently. Instead, I walked away extremely disappointed by the lack of accountability and professionalism.
