I was able to purchase many Korean spoons and metal chopsticks for a great price. I also love that Metro Chef does not require a membership and sells items for individual purchase if needed. I had to argue with Scott to get them to send someone out to fix a piece of equipment that had been in my place for 20 minutes. Tech finally came out and "fixed" the problem. Now, 5 months later, i found out from another tech the compressor is shot and there's a leak somewhere in the evaporator. These guys don't offer a warranty on their work because they fix these used pieces just enough so they will work until they are purchased and off their hands. Poor customer service--no integrity.
