I found out about this location on Groupon while searching for things to do in the Metro Atlanta area and called to inquire about pricing. I recommend choosing the package with the person taking your photos if you go alone or are not as good at taking your own pictures. Selfie Paradise will provide you with dedicated staff for the hour tour to take your pictures. Upon speaking with the manager, I learned about the package tiers and realized that the interactive tour would be best for me, since I wanted to have someone capture my pictures and videos for me on my own phone. I made an appointment two weeks before and this gave me a full hour tour with staff on sight to take our pictures. For an additional cost, you can have one of their photographers capture your images on a DSLR camera for a full blown photoshoot. Alyssa was so helpful with explaining how things worked and she provided recommendations on where to find the letters for this celebration. Tori and Alex were there during my tour and were very fun, professional, and sweet. They set a mood for us with music of our choice, helped me with posing, and we took several photos and videos in the different rooms and backdrops. There were ring lights, tripods, and props on sight and we were able to bring our own letters and balloons. We also received complimentary macaroons after our visit. I had the salted caramel and Alieshia had a strawberry one. We didn't get to utilize all rooms during the hour, so I'm considering coming back for a bday photoshoot soon. Saturdays are a busy time so make sure to make an appointment to guarantee your spot. Also, there is a Tok Blok location right next door that is smaller, and allows you to go through on your own and capture your own content for TikTok (or other platforms). We went there after our interactive tour. It's self led, but Taylor was there when we visited to help us with setting up the ring light and tripod and share a few tips for capturing pictures on our phones. Both experiences were fun and extremely affordable (especially through Groupon). I highly recommend it. The staff was so friendly and we had a great time.

The booking process was easy, and the team who runs it is very responsive. I'd use this venue again! The only things to note in terms of whether or not the venue will work for you are as follows: The "Sky box" room has a steep flight of stairs to access, no elevator. The bathroom is separated by a curtain, no wall, so ti is not soundproof. That was fine for us, as it was a busy party with lots of background noise so it was private enough.

I booked our experience through Viator, and one important thing to know ahead of time is that the bears need about 72 hours to fully dry before they can be picked up. We were visiting from out of town, so luckily we had a friend in the Atlanta area who was able to pick them up and ship them to us afterward. Definitely something to plan for if you're traveling! Such a fun memory for my son's 10th birthday and we got to bring home our own little works of art. Boots and full clothing coverage is provided. But no eye protection for those who wear glasses. We anticipated it to be more of a group experience so we were surprised it was only me and who I came in with. I suppose it is self-explanatory but I also am more of a visual learner and would have appreciated some more tips and tricks before starting. You are given the primary colors and then some to work with. Sparkles and glitter are also offered at the end. Overall, we had a good experience but I do feel as though some aspects are lacking in terms of more guidance on how to customize or achieve certain effects. This wasn't because they refused to pay their bill or were causing a disturbance. According to my daughter, the issue stemmed from the group choosing not to leave a tip after what they described as rude treatment from the bartender. Calling the police over a lack of tipping seems like a completely excessive response. Even more concerning, the bartender allegedly cursed at the group and made disrespectful comments, which should be visible on the establishment's security cameras. There are already far too few safe spaces for teens and young adults in Douglasville to gather. Experiences like this only make families feel less secure. Based on what happened, I cannot recommend this establishment to other families. My daughter and her friends left feeling humiliated and unsafe, and that is unacceptable.
