The first lady kindly explained she was about to clock out and no one else usually handled that, but another team member immediately stepped in and offered to help if she could just be shown which icing to use. Not only did they both take the time to fulfill my request, they went above and beyond by decorating the cookie with a July 4th theme. Their teamwork and willingness to help truly made my day and my husband was thrilled with his fully iced cookie. This is exactly why I keep coming back to this store. If you ask for assistance with an item, the response is a no or yes if they have it stocked and they will not ask if they can help you locate it. The Customer service staff need basic training on how to provide customer service to customers. They seem to be deficient in this area. I believe the staff could be better trained to ensure a welcoming environment. I enjoy shopping at this store, and I hope to see improvements in employee friendliness. An newly trained employee at Customer Service is an employee named Julian. He is friendly, helpful, willing to help locate items and always professional. He needs to work more in Customer Service.
