When I asked to borrow tools to do it myself they told me that they had been stolen so I would have to buy some myself. So I spend $27 for a light bulb, $17 for a ratcheting socket and $8 for pliers. Overall just a terrible experience at this location, which by the way, is in a shady part of town so beware.

I've had to come out to this location a couple times. Once because the 3 locations closest to me…read moredidn't have the part I needed and I needed the part sooner than their relays (they shuttle parts between stores on a schedule they call the relay schedule) could get the part. The other time was cause I was repairing a car and this location was the closest to me. I haven't ever had a problem here. The counter guys are just like the other locations, knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. The parking here kinda sucks. There are like 6 spots in front and a billion in the back. It's kinda ridiculous.

His service and professionalism was second to none, and he was very personable as well, despite it being below freezing temperatures outside.
