He truly did an amazing job and advocating for me. He communicated with me when there was an issue before they just went and fixed it. Because of him I left feeling safe driving and no more messed up tire. They fixed my tire that I didn't even know had a screw it in, they fixed my hubs because good year put them on and covered all the values so I couldn't put air in my tires, a tire rotation all for free and were quick with it. Sir-I don't want to go back and forth about this issue on this forum…read more I had placed an order upwards of 25k. 1.My builder came to you with these 3 items and very clearly told you that the finish/sheen of these light fixtures is very different from the sheen of the faucets.We could have accepted a slight shade variation but this was way off.The fixtures were mostly unopened except to take a peek at the finish.At this point,you should have accepted it as all products that have not been opened or altered with in any way can be returned for a refund.But you refused to do that. 2.There were no more returns other than this.We had a tentative list of fixtures to be ordered but we had to cancel them because they were backordered and our house inspection was due in 3 weeks. I was going to order more fixtures in future but sadly I have lost trust in doing any business with you.You have to build a long term relationship with a customer.Sadly,that did not happen in my case.
