We were greeted by the hostess who took us to our seats. (We sat inside because it had been on and off sprinkling). Our server, Mia, was AMAZING. Sweet, professional, attentive, always had a smile and exactly what you would wish to have as your wait staff. My daughter is 18, so she got the Cos-No-Politan haha. Love the pun and she loved the drink. I got a classic margarita which was made very well. We decided on apps to share. We got the meatballs, arancini, truffle fries and calamari. The meatballs were ok, but we felt they were under seasoned and a little on the dry side, even with all the sauce. The Arancini was delicious. The truffle fries were good (we really enjoyed the garlic aoli) and they came in a cute fry box on a plate. The calamari was fantastic. It also came with fried jalapenos mixed in. I did not see note of that on the menu, so for any allergies I would note that. However, that little spice mixed with the honey they had made for a great bite and we would order this again. Afterwards, we walked down to the Sam Adams beer garden where there were fire pits, music (a live band) and a great time to be had. Overall, the place was a great dinner choice for my daughter and I to celebrate this special milestone.

The experience started off great. The hostess downstairs was welcoming, friendly, and gave clear directions to the rooftop--10/10. After taking the elevator up, we were greeted by another equally warm and professional host. Another 10/10. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. We sat at the bar, and the bartender spent most of his time with his back to the guests. We waited... and waited... and waited before finally having to get his attention ourselves. That's never a good sign. I ordered the "Dirty but Classy" martini and was told they didn't have the ingredients--but they could still make it. What does that even mean? Either you have the ingredients or you don't. After a confusing back-and-forth, it became clear they couldn't make it at all, so I settled for a standard dirty martini. It was terrible. No olive oil-infused vodka. No prosciutto & Gorgonzola stuffed olives. Poorly balanced and badly mixed. If you're someone who actually enjoys martinis, you know immediately when the person behind the bar has no idea how to make one. This bartender may be handsome, but the lights were on and nobody was home. He lacked both the personality and the skill to be working behind a cocktail bar. We also ordered the wagyu dumplings. Calling the filling "wagyu" felt generous--it tasted like ordinary ground beef. Any flavor the meat might have had was completely buried under an overly sweet sauce. The wagyu certainly wasn't the star of the dish. Overall, I left more annoyed than impressed. The hosts were fantastic, but the bar experience completely overshadowed the evening. I'll probably give the place another chance because first impressions aren't always the whole story--but I'll absolutely make sure I'm sitting with a different bartender next time.

    Caro Tuscan Village

0 Stars, but had to give it 1…read more This place IS NOT worth half the money you pay to live here.. prime example of slapping lipstick on a pig and selling it as "luxury". DO NOT trust the "tour" reviews... they incentivize prospective residents to leave a review. This property is new but poorly maintained, and has the WORST leasing staff. When I moved into my apartment I was told it would be ready, moved in to pet fecal stains in multiple spots on the carpet (told me it was too late to have it replaced now, so they sprayed it with "enzyme" cleaner and suggested I move my bed over it). The countertop was not even attached to the island... just slides around. The fire alarm goes off weekly, most residents do not even evacuate its so frequent. Dog feces? Everywhere around the property... I was stepping in it so frequently I went and bought shoe covers. Noise? The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbor humming. The leasing team, specifically Corey Hetlzer, are the biggest pains.. I should have known by her attitude on my original tour that this place would be an issue... everything you asked made it seem like she had to pull out her teeth to get you an answer. I could list every single issue I have had with them, but this review would turn into a book. In summary, the staff is just lazy, rude, unaccommodating, extremely unprofessional, and borderline retaliatory. IF YOU EVER WANT TO FEEL LIKE YOU HAVE MOVED BACK IN WITH YOUR HELICOPTER PARENTS... LEASE HERE. I ended up requesting all communication be through email because they were so outrageous. I did file a complaint and spoke with the "Regional Manager" but do not think he could have cared less... he sounded like he just needed to check a box that he spoke to me regarding the issue.

The targeted time was between 10 and 12. I watched these 4 guys and they were all business! They worked so well as a team and everyone had their role to play. The shed went up quick and I had done the prep on the site per Reeds Ferry's instructions. By 11am they were cleaning up and getting ready to leave. The foreman talked to me about the warranty and asked if I had any questions. I know this shed will last for 30 years because it is built very well with quality products. You may pay a little more for a shed at Reeds Ferry, but you won't need to replace it and you get exactly what you paid for. We couldn't be happier with them and I would highly recommend them to anyone. We had to wait a while before they could get to us and believe me it was worth the wait. These guys were professional and if you had your own business these are the guys you want working for you. Any owner would be very proud of them and they represent the company better than you would expect. A shout out to Truck # 17 for another happy customer of Reeds Ferry's!!! Thank you very much Mark and Katy!!!

Somehow they manage to make it feel both healthy and a little decadent. We also love the flatbreads and deserts, and the chicken sandwich and burgers have been great as well - really can't miss. The only thing really missing is a few more solid vegetarian protein options - it would be wonderful to be able to get a grilled tofu steak on that Asian Quinoa Salad. Service is fantastic - you enter from the patio side (steps up front and ramp along back of the patio). These guys are well and professionally staffed and we've always been met and seated quickly. All of our servers have been knowledgeable and helpful in making selections. They have regular tables, high tops, bar seating and outdoor tables. There are dedicated water bowls for anyone who brings a pup (outdoors only) and the dogs I've seen have been well behaved and adorable. We've never brought our dog, but he's still greeted and admired by staff as we pass by on a walk. That really says all you need to know about the wonderful people. Parking is in the lot right out front surrounding the small High Street courtyard or on the street. The dining patio overlooks that same courtyard. All in all a great combination of good food and a nice but casual atmosphere.
