Another great experience at the Artisan Rooftop. The vibes here, especially on a wonderful day outside are immaculate. Although I've been here multiple times, this is my first time here during spring/summer weather. This is a great spot to grab drinks and enjoy the vibes during fantastic outdoor weather. We tried the lobster fried rice, classic truffle fries, pierogies, and fish tacos. It seems like they really reduced the size of the truffle fries, which is a tad unfortunate.

We had reservations at the marketplace so we stopped in for a pre dinner drink and some oysters at the rooftop. It's a beautiful space, the furniture and vibe is totally amazing. We grabbed seats at the bar on the outside portion. The bartender was very nice, and the drinks came out ok. The issue was the oysters. They were shucked but the oysters were not loosened from the shell and there were no oyster forks to use. We had giant dinner forks which is ridiculous. I think when you charge $24 for 6 oysters they should be properly prepared. Additionally, the mignonette and cocktail sauce had no small spoons. We had to again use our dinner forks to try to get vinegar onto an oyster! Messy and ridiculous in such a posh looking place. Overall we were glad we hadn't planned to have dinner there because it seems like smoke and mirrors and not an actual high end place. We might come back for a drink only but would not plan to eat there.

This was a lovely restaurant. Went here for an early birthday dinner. Honestly, the snacks were sufficient and filling. After two rounds of shrimp cocktails, (real) truffle fries and a generous pour of sangria, I was spent! The shrimp - colossal (see pics)!! They treated me to a delicious blueberry bourbon and mascarpone cheesecake and a Prosecco toast! Wow! We had a lovely waitress who made everything perfect with her knowledge of the menu, advice on things to try! I bet the summer on the rooftop is priceless.

Took my mom to The Rooftop at Artisan for her birthday brunch, and it was a great experience! The food was outstanding--the lamb chops were phenomenal, and the truffle fries are easily some of the best around. We also loved the lobster Benedict and French toast, paired perfectly with mimosas. The vibe was fantastic, and the decor added such a cute touch to the atmosphere. We'll definitely be back--highly recommend!

    Cool views from all around.

She will serve her "regulars" before anyone else, so be aware that you will be sitting and waiting to be attended for several long minutes. Its a pub- with 2 pool tables, pinball machines; bar seating and high tops. They do have beers on tap and we had some Blue Moons with came with blood orange slices- which was cool. The meniu is slim- buirgers, fries, onion rings, chicken fingers, salads. steak tips. Its a "scrach kitchen" and everything is made fresh to order. We had chicken bites with dipping sauces, onion rings, burgers with fries. The burger pattys are thin and flat so only cooked one way. The meal was really good! Food was excellent actually. The atmasphere is kind of off putting- as there was "Lets Go Brandon" flag on display which is a political statement for sure. We will be eating other places and skip this one.

Orders were App was bang bang broccoli- great flavorful change pace from the typical bang bang cauliflower we find at a lot of places. One main was lobster roll on a gluten free bun. Side was sweet potato fries. My wife really enjoyed this dish. Second main was Korean Krispy Chicken side of tater tots. Chicken was cooked correctly and the sauce amazing. Drink was a non alcoholic Guinness. I loved and recommend this dish. Our server came back and checked on us regularly and offered dessert at the end. Now was it worth a $100 lunch after tip? Yes it is. Life is too short to not enjoy yourself. Now eat some great food.

You sit there for 30 minutes and you lose your appetite, causing the restaurant to lose money. Watched multiple people walk in and directly back out even with ample bar space. The food is some of the best I've had at the chain. Love the wings, feta dip, general tsos chicken, and burgers! Drinks and friendly conversation with bartenders is amazing! If you don't make a reservation, don't bother sitting anywhere but the bar. They have 6 hostesses on a given night and not a single one will greet you or act professional. Can't get an accurate wait time aside from "X number of people ahead of you". No communication that upper and lower level seating waits are different. At the end of the day, come here for the bar and decent food. Don't expect air conditioning or appropriate management.

We had a party of 7 and we were very excited to finally try Dreo. We started with 2 orders of the calamari and the spinach dip special. My husband noticed the calamari also had shrimp which I am allergic to. They happily removed the shrimp but unfortunately it's fried in the same oil (which is completely logical) but everyone at our table (besides me) throughly enjoyed the calamari. I cannot even begin to explain how good the spinach dip was. I'm not sure I'll have want to eat spinach dip without garlic bread again!!! Next up entrees: 2 ribeyes, 1 NY strip, 1 Korean BBQ Bowl, 1 Soy Maple Glazed Salmon, and 1 Tuscan Fried Chicken. I am newly pregnant and to be honest I was not looking forward to eating out because my go to is rib eye but I refuse to eat well done meat so instead I ordered the Tuscan fried chicken. I also asked to sub the mashed potatoes for truffle fries and the veggie medley for green beans. They had no problems with my requests which I loved. I loved every single bite of my chicken and I actually stopped caring that I was missing on steak! In fact every single person at our table loved everything they ate too. We ended our meal with cookie skillets and again absolutely delicious! Now our meal was fantastic by itself but I have to say our waiter Brett was just as amazing!! He couldn't have done a better job and he totally rolled with our parties over the top personalities. Even if the food wasn't outstanding we'd go back just for the service! I really hope of the owners or managers see this; Brett is fantastic and deserves praise!! We will definitely be back and since I still have about 7 and half months to go I will be coming back for more Tuscan fried chicken soon!!
