Even their return process shows there lack of care by charging a 6% restock fee. Avoid Rack Warehouse and go to Amazon, they take returns and do not fight for faulty construction. Products are made outside the US and are the very same quality. Should have used amazon to start with. If your product fails, do not provide them with any info except a basic photo, they will use anything they can to avoid a costing them $$.

After getting it checked out, they explained there was a mouse nest in my wiper blade which I accepted that's on me. But explained that my brake sensor was kicked off, even though my brakes still have life on them and I need to replace all the brakes for $700. It seems to be like a factory issue to kick off sensors when the pads are still fine. This is my only negative experience. It is odd to me that all this happens after a software update. they said I can not fix the sensor without all new pads and rotors. The main reason I'm frustrated is because this is a new lease a little over a year with 19,000 miles on the truck that I got brand new. A big selling point when they sold me this truck was the brakes and tires are rated for longer than my lease so I will not have to change either.
