He spent a fair amount of time fixing things that were damaged long before he arrived, at no extra cost, just because he wanted the end result to be absolutely perfect, and it was. The hot water heater in our condo burst, and since it was indoors it flooded an entire bedroom. Flooding and water damage is so stressful, and David really helped alleviate that. He responded to my initial request within a few minutes, took over a dozen calls from me and replied to texts immediately, and got a team out there within a few hours to assess. They couldn't start work because the leak was still ongoing, but David helped me understand what was happening and what I needed to do. He answered so many questions for me, and was willing to help me understand what my options were. We were having issues dealing with our HOA and insurance, and it was a relief when David gave us a transparent cash quote. Our HOA eventually came through and took care of the issue, but I would've been happy to work with David and team instead.
