I don't usually write a bad review but I warn anyone who is considering ordering from this company to second think and shop elsewhere for services. Terrible customer service and it feels like they do not take what they do seriously. Good at communicating until they take your money, afterwards they will take weeks to get back to you and leave you with a useless product. Ordered custom Hoodies for a school team back in June. They came mis-printed, wrong names, numbers and wrongs sizes. I have asked for replacements and they have approved but it is now september and I have not had a refund or new jerseys. $1000 out and a box of useless hoodies. Trying to get an update, and not only do they not answer their phone, they also don't answer emails or direct messages.

I ordered softball uniforms for my youth team and paid considerably more than the previous company I was using. I had several issues with my order with the youth sizes being actually adult sizes. Over $700 wasted! I have emailed and called the company for 12 days straight and can't get any one to respond or do any thing about it. I call and they take a message and I get nothing back! I wish I would have read the reviews as it looks like this has been a problem before. Very disappointed and it's sad that several of my 8year olds don't have full uniforms like the rest of the team. Very dissatisfied with this service and customer service. Placed order on 9/3/22 for some custom sweatshirts for my son's football team. When ordering the website says 7-10 business days for products to ship which 10 business days would have been 9/19/22. I emailed to check on status of the order and received a response from sales@evo9x.com 9/19/22 that orders typically take 2 weeks to ship which was inline with the 7-10 business days on the website. On 9/21 I replied to sales@evo9x.com asking for an updated to see what the status of the order way with no response. 9/26 I emailed again asking for an update also with no response. 9/27 I called and spoke to someone in customer service who said they were currently be worked on and would be shipped no later than Wednesday 10/5 but would most likely go out sooner. Thursday 10/6 still nothing so I call and speak to someone who said they would walk over to check and said they placed one order in the shipping bag and the other was being worked on but they would ship out that night and I would receive them Friday 10/7 since I paid for expedited next day shipping. Assuming I would get them 10/7 I didn't think anything of it until 10/7 I received an email stating the order had shipped when I checked the UPS shipping details Evo9x didn't ship the items until Friday night 10/7. They sent it out a shipping method that does not deliver on Saturdays so by the time I get the product it will be Monday 10/10 and we will only have one more football game left. Very deceiving to state 7-10 business days to ship when they won't ship for 24 business days. read more
