Am I being to picky, don't have the right size, my laundry method, etc. I have made multiple size purchases of the same t-shirts, changed laundry cycle and have kept buying t-shirts for the possibility that I may have had bad luck with individual T-shirt of the production lot. Nothing has changed. Something just feels off with the T-shirts they stock from my experience. I have purchased some of the same shirts online from other vendors to see how they fit in comparison-they haven't arrived yet. I told her he was a service dog and she said he wasn't because he wasn't wearing a vest. I told her it wasn't required for a dog to wear a vest. She said that it was and that they didn't allow dogs because they pee in the store. I told her that that wasn't a properly trained service dog then and that my dog had never peed in any establishment. Then she went on to tell me I couldn't bring my dog in because she had her 16 year old dog in the store and her dog has a medical condition. I told her again that it was against the law to deny access to a service animal. She said without proper paperwork she wouldn't let me in. I informed her that there is no such legal documentation nor is it legal to ask for documentation and that by ADA laws you can ask 2 questions: "is this a service animal and required because of a disability?" And "what work or task has this animal been trained to preform?" This information is posted prominently on the ADA.gov website and is easily accessible. She asked me the questions and I told her that he was a medical alert dog trained for cardiac alert and she said that's not real. I once again informed her that denying us access was illegal. She told me that it was just store policy and she's just an employee. So my dog and I left. I didn't see it posted anywhere that only service animals were allowed. Until they inform themselves of the law and inform their employees I cannot recommend going to this store. (Also why is your 16 year old dog allowed to be in the store but my service animal isn't??)

They aren't too expensive but aren't cheap too. They always keep their shelves stocked well and I personally haven't run into a situation not finding what I came in for. We have got table tennis bats, balls and few sports wears here and haven't had any complaints so far. Most of the time chains like these set a standard and only thing that can stick out like a sore thumb is customer service. This DICKs doesn't have that problem, luckily.

I still don't understand why the employee allowed this to be my experience. The video is a little choppy, but I'll help you make sense of it. We went to @proimagesportswb yesterday and purchased a Tyreek Hill jersey, size Men's Small. We had an amazing experience, we laughed we told stories, the employee wished us well at the birthday party. Today, we returned to exchange the Jersey for a Men's extra Large. The employee in the video examined the Jersey and said, we can't take it back, that's our store policy. I told him, "no one examined the Jersey before giving it to us" I asked him to call the guy who sold it and asked if "he examined it before selling it to us". He told us he wasn't calling anyone and he is sure the man examined it before selling it to us. I told him that there is no way that each of the 200+ jerseys have been examined before being stocked, and he assured me they have been. I found another jersey on the shelf with a stain and showed it to him. He folded it, and was about to ring me up before I stopped him and said "I just want to show you the stain" He stated "that came from the box it was packaged in". I laughed at this point. I asked for his name, he didn't give it to me. I asked for his hours tomorrow, he didn't share them with me. We were told to take it up with management tomorrow. And we will, simply because of the mistreatment.

Changing rooms are buzz for a helper. Definitely enough staffers and people who are friendly to help all over. Three staffers were talking about one pair of ski boots they sold with the wrong insoles (it was the display old blue insoles instead of the new ones) and trying to find and contact that customer to the best of their ability. Good customer service, there. Winter gear almost all out in February, so end of season and clearance sales on some items, but not others (same snow bib for women was on sale, the men's version - not on sale? guess it's about how many they've sold?). Didn't really find any ski socks of note. Some jackets on sale. And some weird jelly bean flavors. Skip the bubble tea version, they taste terrible. Bike and ski services in the back. Prices aren't too bad, so hopefully would be smooth to get service. Will bring back my bike later this year to see what they can do about a sticky lower gear.

(15 full price) and becoming a 'member'.The staff that let you in the fitting room were extremely helpful. Upon returning twice to return a total of two items, the cashier staff were rude and not caring, almost disgruntled. Very odd and won't be returning here even though it is close to work. I liked and enjoyed the shopping but the staff either get heat from their corporate people (which is probably the case) or are just very unhappy. I can't imagine why outdoor loving people would be unhappy!

So don't come here for high fashion or superb quality, but definitely a great spot for last minute…read moreshopping when you need something cute and reliable. I always find one or two hidden gems in here.
