Small factory store within the Mills at Jersey Gardens Mall. They have great customer service there and they always greet you as you enter. They don't have the long lines like Nike or Adidas used to have-- so it makes your experience much better. The front part of the store is apparel and they have a few sales racks. DO NOT BUY KAYAK FROM THIS PLACE!!!! My kayak was delivered two months after I placed the order. First, they told me the color I wanted was out of stock and forced me to choose a different one. Then, a month later, they claimed the delivery truck was broken and couldn't deliver. That is your problem, not mine. I requested a full refund because I could no longer wait, and no one ever contacted me. This company has been extremely unprofessional and not worth buying a kayak from. And now, without any notice, you delivered the kayak in the middle of the night, left it outside with no call, no message, and I'm not even home. You just dropped it and left. read more

I walked in to look for deals kn fathers day. I saw thru had pay fill price for first pair and half of thr 2nd pair. Cool, an incentive to look and shop. Sadly, nobody ever ane to help me. After 20 minutes in the store, i tried 4 pairs and eventually found 2 pairs i liked. I ended up up buying 2 pairs of the fresh foam Garoe on the neon green accents. Staff was just busy looking and chatting with each other but not once did anyone help me. . Service not existent, the cashier was really nice when she rang my transaction. Conveniently located in jersey garden mall. When you have big queues in Nike and adidas, you still have New Balance :) yeah .. both Nike and adidas is always crowded and takes 30 mins to get in. First time to NB showroom and I liked it . Very nice and helpful staff . Service is normally very average in many other shops in this mall, but NB was good. Nice selection of shoes. Picked up few shoes and it felt comfortable. Mostly 30-40% off .. Will surely visit again. read more

Great store Great prices don't get me wrong, but I faced very rude and unprofessional customer service from OMAR , he gave me wrong informations and rude attitude , I basically went there to buy 8 shoes he said I can only get 6 and more than 2 each style, which wasn't ture , I called the manager she said yes there's is a limit but not like that , thay have a policy stated that you have a limit but not like OMAR exaggerated on it , he done this to me and my friend from a previous incident. read more

Stay away - and don't give them your email. They automatically enroll you in their loyalty programs and you start receiving their emails. Now I can't figure out how to get off their list. Cashier and manager both claimed there was "nothing they could do about it once they automatically activated it". What a shame/scam. read more

I've been wanting to buy new balance sneakers for quite sometime now and was so glad they opened this new store not too far from where I live. I went at the right time too because they were having a bogo 50 sale. They carry clothing for men and women only but sneakers for men,women and kids. I went crazy lol. The sales associate, Zen, was really helpful and knowledgeable--not only about the products, but shopping for running shoes and what to look for. He took his time, and explained the difference between the different types of running shoes. I could tell he was really into New Balance as a brand and product (hope someone at corporate is reading this). Note: I'm not a "big runner",but I'm interested in buying NB for my upcoming 5k and future running workouts. I took off one star because the inventory wasn't very impressive. I don't like the Bright colors and busy designs of some of the shoes, so knowing NB delivers more neutral colors that go with my workout clothes. I must've tried on 5 different styles but none that wowed me. I'll take his advice and check out the retail location in NYC. I will continue my hunt for a great running shoe-- thanks Zen! read more
