Some of their fun activities include the requisite Dance, Dance Revolution, stationary bikes and steppers that are hooked up to computers and gaming systems should you choose to play a game while you work up a sweat (but beware, if you slack off or work below your target, your game will prompt you and shut off!), and, my favorite, a QWERTY keyboard made of super durable blocks, which you have to run up to and give a good hit when you see the appropriate letter flash on the screen. Even cooler, the keyboard wall can be customized if you need to be quizzed on something for school or work. Fit Fusion also has a treadmill, stepper, free weights, resistance bands, and kickboxing and other exercise equipment. Suffice it to say, you'll never be bored with your workout. During my time at Fit Fusion, I never did the exact same exercise routine twice and always found myself working to my limits to meet each challenge. I can't lie, as a girl who prefers cupcakes to exercise, there was a fair amount of complaining and groaning, but David made sure that I kept on going, never pushing beyond my comfort zone and always willing and able to modify whatever needed to be changed up. More importantly, it was always fun! Don, a computer programmer, was always very pleasant and friendly. David, my trainer, was always interested in how I was feeling and what was new in my life, and always took my own exercise interests into consideration when developing my workouts. I very highly recommend Fit Fusion... but guarantee that you won't even know how hard you worked until you try to go up stairs or bend down the next day!

An unbelievable innovative concept. I went here thinking this was a fitness school for just…read morechildren and wound trying to push myself through a rigorous workout. Don is a unique trainer who puts you through a very unique workout. I would recommend taking a introduction class, it will blow your mind - but good luck walking the next day! Two thumbs up!
