It's not a competitive setup, but you often find yourself being motivated to push through as you look at the splat points board. The coaches are also great at including modified versions of each workout for anyone who needs them and they happy to make adjustments to the routine for you if there's a health concern. Elite membership is currently offered at $119 and Unlimited is $179. They have specials depending on when you sign up. The OTF heart rate monitor was on sale when I signed up back in February. There are 2 options available in terms of style/wearing format. I'm working to attend more consistently but have already seen great results through the workouts and other lifestyle changes.

I also had my son's birthday party here last year and the staff was amazing with assisting me set up for his birthday, and entertaining them the whole time and it's hands down the best gym I've joined in the area. My son is also in multi sport with Joe Marve and he loves it. Joe is the best with kids he definitely can keep the group of kids entertained and listening which is hard as is in my opinion for 5 year olds. The facility is spacious, super clean, and well-maintained with equipment for cardio, weights, and everything in between. They have an amazing variety of group classes (yoga, cycling, kickboxing, barre!), a basketball court, and 1 on 1 personal training. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. They know members by name and always go out of their way to help. The Come Together Yoga studio is a huge bonus, and the overall vibe is motivating without being intimidating. The juice bar is perfect pre and post workout as well. Plenty of parking too, which is a big plus. If you're looking for a full service gym that feels like a community, Sportset is it. Truly disappointed in this company. I started a trial run with this location to see how I would…read morelike their classes and guidance. I had hit a weight loss plateau and wanted a guided class to try new workouts. In my third class, I was being helped by a new instructor and Alex (the manager) or so I thought. It was clear that during the whole class that I needed modifications and guidance. In my last station #18, it was a box jump, since I was not guided to not do it, I tried it and felt my knee pop. I was stuck on the box since I couldn't step down with just one functional leg and in excruciating pain. Alex ran over and helped me down and was evaluating my knee. He said to elevate it and ice it and that if I didn't feel better, I should get seen by a physician the next day. He also mentioned "oh, you had an injury already" which I was adamant I had never. Long story short, it's been 4 months later, full right lateral meniscus repair (not a shave down) and thousands in medical bills, I'm using a cane after 2 months preop because of the long recovery due to this injury and a big hit to my weight loss journey. The only response I got from this place was that since I signed a waiver, it was my own liability and any injury is on me. Why have 2 instructors if you don't need to be guided and coached on these dangerous exercises that are not meant for everyone? As a medical professional it is mind boggling that a franchise like this is so irresponsible and has such negligence with their clients after having to pay big bucks to attend these classes. I truly hope this doesn't happen to you because the physical, mental and emotional pain this has caused me all these months is truly devastating . They must get another court because no way I have to pay well over $200 a month to barely be able to go basketball court if your son or daughter plays basketball I would not recommend sportime until they get another court. It's not fair that people youse the basketball court for everything else besides basketball.

I love the steam room AND sauna, the open floor plan and the olympic weights. I'd be remiss if I didn't also mention their fabulous TRX tower and boxing speed bag. Mind you I'm not going and using the time I paid for because I'm confident they will cancel--she never gets back. I reach out to regional manager who takes well past the month to treat me again like I was lying about having cancelled -mind you at this point the month is over and I even said when I originally called (and emailed management) that if I'm still paid in without the possibility of cancellation, Id like to go and finish the month. They waited until the month was over. If they treat clients like this, imagine how they treat their staff! As per the actual club with its outdated broken-half the time equipment: There's only a few flat benches and one set of weights=long wait times even when it's not busy. There were times I had to hold up in the parking lot waiting for a spot. There are better gyms. Forget about how the bathroom smelled. Ick!

It's not a big gym with a pool, sauna, indoor gym, or anything that places like X-sport would have but it doesn't matter to me. Honestly I love just walking in doing what I need to do in there and leaving. Everybody inside here community wise are very respectful to each other. I've never had or seen anyone getting into any disputes over a machine here or anything. The staff are cool and they are eager to help answer questions you might have. What I also love is they don't try to force things down your throat like places like X-sport does. It's a chill environment. It's kept pretty decent in the cleanliness department, even the bathrooms are routinely maintained. I've neve had an issue here with anybody not once. As I said earlier it's not a super fancy gym but it is a reliable gym and it does have what you need to feel the burn and in peace...

Since it was a very small class, the instructor spent more time watching and fixing our forms. I usually take classes that are at least double the size, so it's easy to get lost in the group. The new changes in the gym, which include the new machines on the main floor to the turf addition and renovation of the second floor, really take the gym to a whole nother level.
