She went over what I could expect, pre, post sessions and answered all my detailed questions. I have completed 4 out of the 6 with every 4 weeks intervals. I'm extremely pleased with my results so far. I plan to purchase additional treatments for other areas throughout the remaining year. Plus this location is happy to match their groupon price listed for their service in store too without using the app. Since then, I have purchased the Lipo laser with vibrations at 9 sessions around my abdomen in the last 4 weeks. With the successful result, I'm excited to continue with 6 more sessions in another area with Peggy. This place is horrible. They take your money on Groupon and they never call back. The only recourse is to try to get your money back but of course you can't because of the time frame allowed in the fine print. This place is terrible. I have had Botox many times. Donna insisted I needed 40 units in my forehead. I always get 20. She actually argued with me saying I needed 40. She didn't look me in the eye one time during her so called consultation, she was in a rush because she had appts every 15 minutes. She was opening mail and packages while I was trying to talk to her. She glanced in my direction maybe twice. Glad to say the 20 units in fact were perfect. I saw their groupon for laser lipo, b12 injections and whole body vibrations and was really interested in it. I went ahead and called them to clarify what exactly that package is and how it works all together. Whoever picked up the phone must have been caught off guard or something when I asked her what type of procedure laser lipo is. All she responded was, "it's a treatment. Not a procedure." Before replying to her, I waited a couple of seconds because I thought she was going to go more into detail but nope! That was it. So I awkwardly asked, "but what is done during treatments? How does it work?" And she kept giving me one sentence answers and I could hear her reading off of something and shuffling papers which gives me the impression that she's is definitely not knowledgeable about the treatments that are done in her place of work. Or even that she cared to pause whatever she was doing to explain something to a potential new client.opp I don't know about the rest of you but I like my answers to a question to be thorough and broken down so I know what exactly is going to happen. I do not recommend this place at all! They are very unprofessional and unaccommodating! I was looking for a place to receive regular Botox treatments etc. To begin with it took me almost 3 months just to get an initial appointment. Finally, I received a text as a reminder and it said to confirm via text and when you do confirm it says the number is no longer in service which has been going on for quite some time as other customers have explained to me. This seems like a simple fix so with all the money they charge I don't see what the problem is. In addition, I was told I could only use one Groupon per visit which was not explained to me initially nor on the Groupon site and I wanted to use my Groupon to try out the facility. But the manager was unaccommodating and refused to do so and poor customer service all around so I would not recommend this place! read more

Botox- not only does Marianne not know how to inject properly (area above eyebrows uneven!!), they must dilute it-results were short term! Very unprofessional front office manager!! However, Peggy is a bright star around that office!! More than all this... Dr. Frahm seemed very much interested in my case, while he was trying to upsell me more Legacy packages and weight loss products, and bullying me into doing a testimonial for his new website. However, as soon as there was an issue, and I asked to speak with him, he ignored me. I emailed him (3) times, and left at least (3) messages. Even if he did not want to honor my request for a refund, he could have had the human decency to have a CONVERSATION with me. This man made it crystal clear that he only cares about MONEY, and not the well being of a patient, who has been on an emotional journey! In life and business, things are going to happen and issues are going to come up... that's normal. But it's how you react and recover, from these things that define you as a company. I got the Groupon deal for the laser hair removal last year and I started my treatment with Rachel. She is very professional and passion at what she is doing !! She wants to make sure that you are happy with the experience and the results! HOWEVER I have been almost 3 months can't get an appointment!!.. Every time we agree on a date, the receptionist contacted me in a very rude way to let me know my appointment is cancelled because something wrong with the laser machine.. Well I am paying all this money for the laser machine so if you keep doing maintenance almost every time i have an appointment so WHY i am still consider it !! Regarding the results.. i felt a big difference after the third treatment " bikini area and under arms" BUT from the 3rd treatment till the 5th i couldn't feel any improvement and I think at the time their machine was not good enough and they recognized later.. Then my first appointment, when I got there, low and behold the air blower went out on the laser the appointment before me. No phone call or anything, so I left not getting anything done. First two appointments it seemed as if the same girl quickly ran through as fast as she could. Kept trying to book appointments with the same person, never got the same tech, always someone different even though I asked for the same one. Finally got a tech, who was new, her name is Kayla, but she was very throughout and did a fantastic job with the help of another woman, didnt know her name cause no one ever says it. Scheduled my next appt for one of them, didnt get either of them on my 4th appt. This other girl, who I dont know her name either, turned the laser to the max cause I have not seen any results at all. Came in last night for my 5th appt, only for the receptionist to give me an odd look and tell me they had no appointment scheduled for me. She asked if I would like to schedule one and I said nope and walked out. How much more unprofessional can your office get? I decided to give it a chance after speaking with Mr. Frahm cause he was very kind and agreed to make a deal with me. Dr. Frahm is ok, but pretty much his whole staff is incompetent. Four days after botox, my eyelids covered my eye lashes and my eyes looked like small slits. I called every day to talk to the Dr. and left messages as well. Very similar experience to everyone else. Difficult to reach anyone to make an appointment, then had to wait for 30 minutes in the waiting room before they called me back. I also had Anna, she was sweet and very apologetic. The massage was nice, but I told her I wanted it as deep as possible and she was a bit too gentle for my liking. On the upside her hands are like silk! They said she had back to back appointments all day and mine was at 5pm, so maybe that explains it. The incredibly plastic looking girl told me I would need an additional 10 units to see any difference. This was my first time so I bought the additional units. I definitely saw results, but they only lasted for about 2-3 months. But since I didn't know any better, I booked another appointment, this time for fillers. I was prepared for juvaderm, but the girl (a different one, less plastic looking) sold me on bellafill. Told me that Dr's who inject right around the lips and mouth don't know what they're doing and said she will inject in upper cheeks and around hairline to tighten skin which will "fix" my whole face. Then she broke the needle while objecting so I'm not sure she knew what she was doing!!! Well, after paying over $1500, and being told this is a 5 year treatment that will only get better as time goes on, I have seen ZERO difference. Not on day one or any following days. It's been almost a year. Since my first Botox disaster, I've been to another place where the results were more noticeable, lasted longer, and no one tried to get me to buy more. And although I would like filler injections to help with area around my mouth and cheeks, after blowing well over a thousand dollars on a completely ineffective procedure, I guess I'm out of luck. STAY AWAY!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! I paid for 6 hair removal treatments and it didn't work. They said there was an issue with the laser machine and they'd give me 6 more treatments after the machine was fixed. I went back three more times, but when I called to book the fourth I was told I used all of my treatments. The lady on the phone read what was written in the file to me and it said I had three more treatments. She then proceeded to argue with me that i used them all. I pointed out that she just read it to me that I'm owed three more treatments. She kept arguing that I used all of my treatments. It was like dealing with a 4 year old. I've been seeing Kayla for a few months now for laser vein removal. Great pkg from Groupon. From the start, Kayla made me feel comfortable and was so personable and down to earth. She listened to my request and educated me on how she'd like to manage that. The process itself is uncomfortable with the little laser zaps. She gave me stress balls to hold which actually helped. His work reflected this; he adjusted intensity and strength accordingly throughout the session. He was also very motivated to educate me on what he was doing and why. I started going here when Rachel was still employed here for laser hair removal. She was by far the only professional employee in this office until she quit. Since then for the last year and a half I've had run arounds making appointments, later to find the office cancelling them as well as seeing almost a new face do my laser every time I go. They have a high turn around rate with employees which then decreases their expertise and comfort level of myself and other patients. No one wants a new chick there every time doing their Brazilian (a very private body part), not to mention their front desk is awful. The girl up front is rude, rarely greets patients on arrival, and always has an attitude.
