After completing both sessions, I was unhappy with the results and did not feel the treatment was worth the cost or discomfort. I raised my concerns with LaserAway, and Brian from Client Experience responded on March 25, 2023. His recommendation was to purchase additional treatments, with a 25% discount on additional applicators. That was frustrating because I had already completed the number of sessions I was originally told should be appropriate. I responded to Brian on April 5 explaining that I was disappointed with the results and did not plan to purchase more sessions. Danielle was copied on the email. I received no response. On April 11, I had to follow up again and ask whether anyone planned to respond to my previous email. I understand that results from cosmetic treatments can vary. My issue is how the situation was handled. I relied on the recommendation I was given, was unhappy with the outcome, and the solution offered was simply to purchase more treatments. When I explained that I was not interested in spending more money and was dissatisfied with the service, my email went unanswered. Overall, I would not recommend CoolSculpting at LaserAway based on my experience.

The injections were rough, I had significant swelling and bruising around my lips, and I was given no aftercare instructions. My lips went back to their original size within a month. When I called, I was told I needed a second syringe and that this had supposedly been discussed during my visit. I went back, and instead of addressing why the filler didn't last, she tried to sell me a third syringe, commenting that my smile was "very wide." Once again, the results faded within a month. In February 2026, I went to a different injector (BRN, RN). She was thorough, gentle, and professional. She couldn't even feel any prior filler in my lips. I received one syringe, had no bruising, minimal swelling, and loved the results. The difference in skill and professionalism was night and day. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this provider.

Walked in on Thursday 2/24/22 around 2:50pm, they advertise that they accept same day walk in's at ALL locations. One of the front desk receptionists said their location does not take walk in's. Not sure why they would advertise that when you call if it's not true. I was able to speak to a nurse with dark brown hair, she told me that the doctor could see me but not until 4. I told her I didn't mind waiting but instead of listening to me, she basically decided for me by saying, "no you wouldn't want to wait that long" and insisted, even after I repeated myself a second time that I wouldn't mind waiting if that's the only way I could get a simple prescription change. Next the receptionist ladies were rude, they didn't listen to my situation, instead of taking a moment to listen to understand what my situation was they would interrupt me and talk over me while I was speaking. An African American front desk receptionist handled the situation poorly she took the situation to level that was unnecessary, instead of having empathy she lost her temper and called the cops because I refused to leave when all I wanted was to take a minute after the Dr. was done with the current patient, to ask if she could change a prescription she had given me. The front desk also refused to give me test results from a biopsy that I had at this same location for my first appointment. The entire staff seems very dishonest and unprofessional they say one thing one moment and change it to something else the next and I could be talking to one receptionist and the other one will rudely interrupt.
