After disputing it with the office and billing, I was told there was nothing they could do. The doctor even said he didn't say it was free. I felt let down. We do not expect great service here, but then you should not be charging the same as other doctors who actually provide good medical care. You are not even close. Why are you charging the same amount for this kind of substandard, below-average, inferior healthcare service? Now, this review is about the front desk. Others have written plenty about the doctors. It seems they forgot to write about the front desk, so this review aims to fill that gap. You have got to love the front desk. If you replaced them with a couple of fast-moving snow monkeys, the patients would probably be happier. The monkeys would not be able to solve any problems either, so at least there would be no loss of service, and there would be some entertainment while you guys make us wait 45 minutes or so. To be fair to the snow monkeys, unlike you guys at the front desk, after a few weeks of training, they might actually start solving some of the problems. My lil' friends, I am not sure if you are doing this as charity work, but I assume they actually pay you a salary. We are not asking for miracles here. Nobody expects you to perform surgery at the front desk. Answer the phone, pay attention to the patient, and occasionally solve a basic administrative problem. We can start there. If avoiding work and being incompetent were Olympic events, I am fairly confident this front desk would bring home a medal.

My husband and I were a few minutes late getting there but he came out and introduced himself to us and ask if it would be okay if he saw another patient ahead of us so that he could give us the attention that he felt we deserved. He told us that he did not want to rush our visit. How amazing is that, we were late not him. I have had some good doctors in my life time but never with such great presence. Even though my husband did not have his medical records with him he assured us that he rather assess his medical history based on the medication he was on and his questionnaire of my husband medical history. I looked at three other doctors portfolio's on line but i never read through anyone of them. I kept coming back to Dr. Wadhwa every time. The spirit in my heart told me not to look any further, his portfolio spoke to my husbands medical condition and after meeting him I knew we made the right decision. I'm filled with so much joy knowing that we made the right decision and that we both will be well taken care of but Dr. Wadhwa can lead us to the water but he surely can't make us drink it, therefore we must do our part as well. It was an overdue stroke of luck! Unlike other locations, including the Rockville location of this firm, he did not bring up a computer program, type in relevant joint and run me through what program queued up. He carefully crafted a regimen tailored to my problems using a paper chart involving a lot of exercises that didn't come up with computer program, and slowly progressed me without causing any new injuries or problems, more than making up for functional losses accumulated over prior year in 12 weeks. He worked with me personally for at least first half hour of every hour, and actually supervises the PT assistants for second half hour. I can't say enough good things about Daniel. He answers all questions to my satisfaction, assumes I am intelligent enough to understand what he says, but patiently explains when I do not. He always greets me with a warm, welcoming smile--even when I know he is having a hectic day. He has performed two surgeries for me, after attempting to relieve the problems with therapies of one sort or another. I have had no complications with either surgeries, recovery time, or follow-up. He is willing to admit when an issue or problem is out of his purview and ready to refer to whom he feels is the best to handle it. Dr. Levin's direct assistants are friendly, helpful, and efficient. The front office staff could be a bit friendlier and welcoming, especially in the Germantown office where I most frequently see him, but they are not rude or impolite.
