Called and got a quote and went to drop my car off. They convinced me into some extra things which doubled the price, but they said they would cover everything so I was fine to do that. When I came to pick up the car and it looks like what I paid extra for wasn't actually everything and the guy cleaning the car said it needed another treatment for an extra 200 to get out the water marks on top of the 165 which was supposed to "cover everything." Looks like the car just wasn't buffed all around which I paid an extra 40 upfront to have done. The guy who quoted me originally was apologetic and said next time they would do the extra treatment for only 40, but after this experience I will definitely not be coming back. The rest of detailing was fine, but the outside of the car was not really done properly. There were flecks of things that I was able to rub off with my fingers so not sure how it wouldn't come off if they buffed the entire car. Might as well have just gone through a cheap car wash if they were going to do things half way. read more

My car is like brand new after 2 years of not taking great care of it. I honestly couldn't even believe it when I saw the car. I used to have street parking on a street with heavy sprinklers and all my windows were stained (I thought permanently) - Vanished! They also did a deep clean on the interior which makes it feel like a brand new car. Completely worth it I had never had my car detailed but living in LA when you spend so much time in it...do it. Wow! Somethings you experience things in Los Angeles that cannot be made up! I just stopped by this place to get a quote for an auto detail on my vehicle. I walked up to the open bay and see no one. I walked in a little further and see a guy passed out with his head on the table in front of his computer. I call out "hello," he does not reply. I called out loudly and his phone rings at the same time. All of a sudden, a massive Doberman Pinscher starts barking from an upstairs office, comes down the steps, and runs directly at me! I thought for sure that I was about to get bitten by a dog! This guy looked like he was either high or exhausted. When I yelled at him to call off his dog he could barely comprehend what was going on. Thankfully, his dog did not bite me, but I was still afraid it could happen. I was about to ask him for a quote and his dog charged at me again. I yelled at him to secure his dog. I could not believe what was happening! I shook my head, asked him what the f*** type of business he was running, and left. If you've read this review, you need to ask yourself one question: is an auto detail from this place worth the possibility of getting bit by a large dog? read more

I brought my 2005 Mazda3 here today for a Gold Package detail and headlight restoration. I brought it in at 8am when they opened, and it was done by 11:40. The car looked amazing, like new. George went around and showed me the work that was done, showed me the engine compartment, the mats and carpets had been shampooed, the car hasn't looked this good in a long time. Gary gave me a Loyalty Card, where after 9 VIP washes ($25), your 10th visit is for a free Gold Package detail. Service is friendly, and welcoming. After seeing the good reviews on Yelp, I purchased the $39 Silver Package on Groupon to receive a car detailing service. I scheduled an appointment for 12pm on their website. I arrived at 12pm but the workers told me to come back at 2pm. I came back at 2pm to drop off the car and was asked to come back at 2hrs later to pick up the car. I called the shop at 4pm to see if my car was ready for pick up, however they told me they still needed another 30mins to finish. When I arrived and did an inspection on the car, I realized the entire back seat was not cleaned. It was not vacuumed, there was dirt on the back seat and the cup holders have not been wiped. I showed the worker and he started cleaning the back seat. I waited for another 15 minutes. By the time they were done, it was past 5pm which has been over 3 hours since the drop-off. The next morning when I got into my car, I realized there was a damp dirty cloth smell. I soon found out that all the mats in my car were still wet which caused the terrible smell. I'm not sure if the smell also came from my leather seats. So I decided to wipe all of the seats again to get rid of the smell. I also had to dry all the mats in my car. Overall, I guess you get what you pay for. However, I definitely do not recommend coming here! read more

This was such a horrible experience. I made an appointment for last Sunday through their website and when we showed up, I stood there waiting to talk to someone and no one but workers were there and no one bothered coming up to but their dog. I had to go up to someone for them to talk to me. they then said they don't do detailing on the weekends. Well maybe you should block that out as an option through your website then. We didn't make a big deal out of it and then called today, Friday, and asked if we can bring it in later at 2:30. The guy there took down my name and said that it was okay to do so. So my partner brought it at 2:30 and was told and hour in a half. So being without a car she went to a near by restaurant to wait for it. I called at 4 and checked in expecting it to be close to done. He tells me 30 more minutes. Okay fine. Then he calls me back right after and apologizes and says he misheard which car I was and it will actually be another hour, they just washed it but hasn't detailed it. So I had to be the one to call to be told that my car wasn't even close to done. Mind you, my partner is nearby so she sees what they are doing. She then texts me around 5:30 and tells me that they are barely washing the outside of the car. This is terrible service. From the get go. The only reason I'm giving. 2 star instead of a 1 star is because the guy was nice. read more

I never usually write reviews but this place DISHONEST and HORRIBLE. I wanted to get my suv's interior detailed and I called Vibe Auto Spa to get an estimate. They quoted me $60-80 depending on the condition. Keep in mind, my car was not in the worst shape -- I just wanted them to wash the carpet and condition the leather seats, as well as vacuum and wipe everything down. I dropped off the car and they charged me $70 and told me it would be around 2 hours. I came back 2 and a half hours later when they texted me and NOTHING had been done to the interior of my car other than vacuuming. I can do that myself for $5 at the local gas station. I started pointing stuff out and they definitely seemed frazzled and just started talking amongst themselves because they knew nothing was touched. They started cleaning a little more (ten minutes worth) and then told me that was it. I felt like they totally took advantage of me because I was a woman (and made ignorant comments about how women shouldn't drive SUVs -- for real? So dumb and chauvinistic) and charged me $70 to wash my car and vacuum it. I've trying to at least get a partial refund but now they are ignoring my calls and texts. STAY AWAY!!!! Especially if you're a woman. read more

I left my car at the shop for 2 hours and when I came back I was surprised because they even washed my car after tinting it.
