This is our 5th car getting window tint done here and they never disappoint. Every single time the work is precise, the staff is friendly, and they always make sure you're fully satisfied before you leave. They work fast but never cut corners and the quality shows. I always go with the ceramic XR. LA heat is no joke and the difference it makes while driving is night and day. You won't need to blast your AC just to cool down because the ceramic does so much of that work for you. It's one of those things you don't realize how much you needed until you have it! For my setup I went 15% on the driver and passenger sides and 5% on all rear windows. You don't have to go that dark to feel the heat suppression but I love the privacy it gives me, totally worth it either way. On top of the tint work the hospitality here is great. They offer tea, coffee and water while you wait which makes the experience feel welcoming and relaxed. 100/10 across the board for service, quality and overall experience. After getting a replacement windshield, I needed a new tint. And while I was at it, I wanted to replace a tint that was bubbling a little which was my fault. I had a really disappointing experience with rapid window tinting. I booked my appointment through their online reservation system, which showed available times and confirmed my booking. I thought everything was set, but they ended up canceling my appointment without any notice or explanation 20 minutes before my appointment, I only found out last minute that they couldn't take me. This was a huge inconvenience since I had planned my day around this appointment! If you're going to offer online booking, you should honor your commitments and at least notify customers if something changes. I took my car in a few days later and the job was done in a timely fashion. The price was fair even though the car had a previous tint. David and his team are pros and I'm very happy with the job they did. They recommend not rolling your windows for 2 days, but I went 5 days just to make sure everything was copacetic. LOL. I had my Tesla Model X completely tinted including every window and windshield and also wrapped in clear PPF. I wanted the front windows to match the back windows which can be tricky since there is already factory tint in the back and I was adding additional tint. David was able to provide some great advice. I went with the Xpel XR with 15% front windows, 50% back windows/rear window/sunroof, and 50% windshield. They hit the nail right on the head with achieving all of my goals: privacy, aesthetics, and heat rejection, all at a very reasonable price. I am so happy with the results and service. Great price on Xpel Black for my Tesla Juniper windows. They were punctual, very nice and did a beautiful job.

Rapid removed the very dark tint from all of the windows as well as taking off three badges that weren't applied by Mercedes -Benz and were very firmly attached. My main concern was ensuring that the demisting elements in the rear window weren't damaged during this process. The work was carefully done and the car was pristine when I picked it up.
