Beware! Someone hit my front bumper while they had my car in their care, completely scratched it up, so now I have to pay for bumper to be repainted! Owner denied everything, claimed damage was already there and said that he would pull footage from the camera aimed at the lot to prove it, only to later claim footage is not available because "camera battery was dead." read more

Very impressed with my visit to Five Star Glass. About ten years ago I had the windshield repaired previously on my [old but PERFECT] Acura TL by some 'mobile' repair guy. Recently, the top layer of that repair "popped" off. I went to Five Star to see if it could be re-repaired. The gentleman who came out to help me took excellent care, could see it had been repaired before, did a test to see if he could re-epoxy it--but could not. He told me a lot about the location of the ding in the glass, the availability of new windshields for this car, the type of windshield it is, etc. I learned a LOT in my half hour visit (which I enjoyed). I asked "how much do I owe you?" Zero. Whatever repair I or my friends need next, I recommend Five Star. read more

This is my second time here. They had the best price the first time and it was very easy to schedule an appointment and get it fixed. They also do window tinting. It took about an hour, they even moved my appointment earlier so I could head out of town earlier on a Friday. Windshields are better when not pitted from sand or cracked. read more

Had Five Star replace my windshield on my old and much loved 1995 Mitsubishi Montero. I arrived 1/2 hour early for my appointment - 8:00 am. The techs -3 of them- started on the truck and in approximately 40 minutes the owner informed me the job was done. They even reused 3 of the 4 molding pieces around the glass. Clean and professional job. The price was very fair. Completely satisfied. On a side note , 2 days later my sister had them repair a bullseye stone chip. 15-20 minutes and she was good to go.
