Found Vibe Auto Spa on Groupon and purchased the $71 VIP Service. My car is about to hit the ten year mark and has seen it all via my broke college years. I opted to pay an additional $75 to have my car's very light colored interior (fabric, non-leather) steamed and shampooed because it was desperately in need! I was SO IMPRESSED with what he was able to do with my car. I'm talking, 8 years of stains lifted out of light gray fabric, 5 year-old hardened syrup spills removed from the floor (don't ask ), conditioned interior, chipping exterior paint smoothed out (as much as it can be anyways) with waxing. My car looks 7 years younger. I highly recommend this place! Just make sure you have the pricing figured out and agreed upon BEFORE you drop off your car. From what I can tell in these reviews, it seems as though that may not have been done which has lead to unhappy customers. Sure, I would have preferred not to pay the additional $75, but the guy puts in a lot of effort and truly earned that $!!! I don't regret the decision one bit after seeing the results. read more

The previous owners of my new-to-me car appear to have had an extreme fondness for Corn Nuts and red soft drink, so I decided to get Vibe Auto Spa's Platinum Package, hoping for an almost like new treatment. Imagine my disappointment, then, after the three hour detail professing "close attention to every detail" to find the floor mats not cleaned, dirt specks still covering the windshield, and sticky crumbs still in all the cup holders and compartments. The guy running the show is awful. I called him to inquire about how long the vip package takes since I saw it in groupon. I got there about twenty minutes before 10 on a Saturday and he's not there. There was a helper who didnt English so I waited awkwardly in my car. I called him to see why nobody is here to help me and he said he'll be there soon. He got there about fifteen minutes later. While waiting I was contemplating on leaving but stayed because I got my car washed here about two years ago and they did a great job. When he got here, he helped somebody else who came after I did. Then he rudely talks to his worker in a condescending tone telling her she shouldve washed my car before he got here. Then he turns to me and says "why were you sitting in the car? She couldve begun already". He was smoking all the while doing this and finally puts it out. We walk into his office and when I told him I want the vip wash from Groupon he responds "oh groupon? You didnt tell me that." I wanted to get a shampoo as well and he was going to charge another $85 on top. He was rude and I could already tell once I told him Groupon the service would be horrible so I decided not to actually get my car washed here due to his demeaning manner and rude attitude towards me and his worker. read more

Came here to get my car detailed.... the detailing itself was decent, other than them over spraying something on my windshield that looked like drops of oil or something all the way towards the top of my windshield. But what really pissed me off was that it seemed they took everything out of my car and threw it on the ground, my dash camera was not in it's mount and in the glove box, when I took it out and tried to mount it, I noticed that it was chipped and a piece had popped off that needed to be replaced... further more, my kid had left a fidget spinner in the car and I do not know what they did to this thing but it was destroyed when I got my car back.... i would bet that if you watch a them detail your car they are just as careless and sloppy with their technique and I would bet they just take very little care in their work, and just do it to get it done. read more

Purchased their silver package car detailing service. There were several workers sitting around when we arrived but nobody seemed to know who to talk to or who was in charge. The second worker that approached us was flaunting a house arrest ankle monitor, which is quite comforting. We thought, screw it, we'll give them a shot since we got a decent deal on Groupon. They told us it would take three hours so we walked down the street to grab an appetizer and beers. After about an hour, we went back to find all the workers sitting around telling stories by their BBQ. They jumped up and said they had just finished the interior and were waiting for it to dry. The first thing they started working on when going back to the car, however, was the interior. All we saw them do to the exterior was use a pressure washer - no soap or sponges. The car was done about an hour and a half early. A man approached us offering to upgrade to a package with a wax to remove water and bird poop stains. We declined since a wax should have already been included. When they told us it wasn't, we pulled up their website where it clearly listed a wax under the silver package. They then changed their answer saying they had already waxed it. If that were the case, it had been waxed in the hour we were gone, which we then saw get washed - no, watered on; or they lied about waxing it altogether. My bet is on the latter. On the drive home we noticed heavy streaks on the windows. I know windows can be tricky but you'd think a car detailing service would know how to avoid this. I expected it to be an easy wipe down but ended up spending a half hour cleaning them up. They had used a product that left a film on the windows and required some elbow grease to get it off. There was also still quite a bit of dirt that came off in my scrubbing. Overall not a great experience. Aside from shampoo'd mats, I paid for a very expensive half-assed car wash and vacuum from guys who personified laziness and deceit. read more

Called to set up the appointment and they told me that it's an additional 25$ per window if I want my front windows done too. Wait, didn't I buy the full window tint for 90$? How can you advertise something as a full window tint but make it so I need to spend more to get all my windows done. read more

I found this car detail place through Groupon and bought their "silver package". I went on a Saturday since traffic would be less crazy driving there from North Hollywood. I made an appointment just in case and that worked out great. It's a nice location close to the freeway exit. When I arrived, the guys were very nice and courteous. It took 2.5 hours to get it detailed and they did a phenomenal job. I had huge scratches on my front bumper from a hit and run and they got that out pretty well. They had me inspect the car as well and showed me all the detailed work that they did. I was very pleased with the customer service and the work that was done. I have been needing an engine wash and the places I've found have been over $100 for a full top and bottom engine wash. I checked the business website and found they offer this service for $69.99! I called and they told me to bring it in next day (on a Sunday) and said it would take an hour. I got there, no wait, super nice and friendly staff, take my car and had me out of there in 40 minutes. They even let me take before and after pictures of my car. They did offer other services for a full detailing service. I kindly declined as I I was just checking out this business for the first time. They were very nice and not pushy at all. I am excited to have a clean engine under my hood and I will definitely tell everyone about this place. A business says a lot about themselves with a first impression that they put forth. I don't like going to any establishment before they close, and Monday's don't make it any better... Sam is currently washing my car and doing an epic job, but more than anything he approached me with a smile and awesome attitude and that honestly means the most. By the looks of the place, every car in their lot is immaculate and pristinely cleaned up- and I'm sure mine will turn out the same. I have a yellow lab and apologized for the amount of hair and for time's sake, told him to not worry about getting it all cleaned up. Instead of doing the normal eye roll and giving me the annoyed attitude I typically find around LA, he said "man I've seen worse! I'll clean it up nicely for you." My car came out super clean. I AM SO IMPRESSED! My boyfriend had the most disgusting, messiest car ever! Crumbs, dirt, and sticky stuff on literally every surface including all the little cracks and crevices. Years of neglect. I had to call some professionals. They did the most amazing job in a relatively small amount of time considering the amount of time it took to accumulate all that dirt, trash, old food/crumbs, and other nastiness that was present in his vehicle. Finally getting around to writing this review. First off, usually I don't write these, I would simply tell everyone I know to NEVER go to this place! This place was sooooo bad and dishonest that I feel I need to share. The person I spoke with was Ahni. She seemed pleasant enough at first. I told her I had a Groupon but had not yet purchased it because I was not sure which one to purchase for 2 cars to be detailed. She asked if I bought them yet and I told her I didn't. She said not too that they would honor them without purchase. I got there and Ahni told me to come back in 4 hours or so and both cars would be ready. When I came back to get the cars I was shocked! Both looked like they put wax on with sand paper. Both cars were still dirty both outside and inside and no mats were shampoo'd. I asked her if these cars looked clean and detailed and she said "No, they Don't". Not only were the cars not detailed and not even cleaned like a simple car wash would have done, She charged me $40.00 more than the Groupon amount saying that they are trying to get away from Groupon and that the price shown was an error bla bla bla. I at that point wanted to get out of there and felt that they must really be in bad shape to be this dishonest and to pass this as good work. I am completely and thoroughly disappointed in this place and WOULD NEVER go back. They are crooks and do terrible work. If you value your money, time, and vehicle, avoid this spot. read more
