I am a happy camper. The Vibe Auto spa team did a fantastic job in my chevy SUV. The car had several scratches and it was quite upsetting. I gave them my touch up paint, and they attempted very hard to make it look like new. It looks great! These guys were recommended to me by another body shop (when that one was too busy). I've had my car detailed there a few times, and have always been really happy with the work! I had water spots on my hood, and after doing research, I was convinced that I needed a ton of extra procedures to remove them. Instead of going along with whatever extra services I thought I needed, they assured me that one of their standard packages would remedy the issue - and they were right! I really appreciated their honesty, when they could have just taken my money. I don't know if they want you to call ahead to set up an appointment, but I always have, and they are really great about getting your car ready to be picked up in a reasonable amount of time. I've now been here twice for a car wash and waxing. The first time there was wax residue all over my car and none of the windows were cleaned, but I figured it wasn't a big deal and went back a second time to see if it was any better. The second time around they ruined my front driver and passenger side floor mats. I'm not sure if it was from scratching when trying to vacuum them (they really were that dirty) or setting something very heavy on top of them but there are multiple scrape marks that won't rub out if the material. There is just an overall carelessness to the way the clean cars and I won't be coming back. The quality of car wash really isn't worth more than a $35 wash from down the street and at least you'll save some money and not have your floor mats ruined in the process. read more

These guys did a great job on my Mazda 2. I brought it in with caked-on laundry detergent and coffee (don't ask) and they cleaned interior and exterior and shampooed everything for $125. I've been wanting to wrap and do other modifications on my Model S for a while now and I decided to take it to this shop because it was the closest one to my place. I'm happy to say that it was a great experience from beginning to end. Greg is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He asked me to drop my car off on Monday and on Friday I was asked to come pick it up. The satin black looks great (it was white before) on this car and we also decided to add ceramic tints plus an auto detail. on January 24th, 2022, I paid Vibe Auto Group $399 to tint my car windows. The tint was fine, but they ended up breaking parts of my car, and sexually harassing me. They smashed the gear stick box - the plastic around it had come off, and the neutral safety switch has been messed with - so now the gear stick isn't working properly and the car doesn't know what gear it's in. The car also wouldn't drive at all the first time I picked it up, as whatever they had messed with had affected the connection between the acceleration pedal. so i left her there for another hour, in which time they clearly did something to make the car work again - but claimed they did absolutely nothing and that it was working the whole time. So now I have to pay to get the gear box and safety switch replaced, which was totally fine before I took the car into them. I also had to personally remind them to put all the parts back together that they took off while tinting, the whole process was so unprofessional and kept being delayed about 8 times, I was waiting around for hours pointing out things they had missed. on TOP of that, the guy working with me kept touching me on the waist, flirting with me heavily, and then when i asked for a refund because they broke my car, he started caressing my face, and said he would take me out to dinner instead. I spoke to the owner of the business the next day who refused to give a refund and seemed to be more concerned about the tint job than the way her staff had treated me or the car. She asked me to come back in so they could look at what they broke again but they are in complete denial that they are responsible and I don't feel comfortable or safe going back in there. read more

I'm not coming back here. First I made an appointment and told me will need 3 hours to detail my car. Went there 12 pm and we came back 4pm, they haven't started yet! They only have 2 workers and ended up finishing by 7pm! I bought a groupon deal for platinum package , and then the owner Gary told me that I have to pay extra charge for steaming my car seats! Wth. The worst part, those 2 workers were like so amateurs that they couldn't even remove those stains ... What is a platinum package?? I bought that package because I thought my car will be taken care of.. but sadly, even my floor mats and door handles ended up still stained and dirty .. total ripped off! Just came back from our second visit. First visit was two weeks ago where we purchased from Groupon. We were able to book an appointment the same day. My husband's 2010 Mazda 3 was amazingly transformed to almost a new looking car. The interior looks sleek and new. The exterior had been hand waxed but we were advised to come back to have a machine buffer and polished to have it look much better. George was very accommodating and meticulous. Pleased w the first visit we came back for the polish and clay bar waxing. All credit goes to GEORGE for the exceptional work my husband is so happy! Won't be coming back. Made an appointment for the silver package, here's what happened: -My car sat where I parked it for an entire hour before they got to prepping it for wash. Mind you I made my appointment 2 hours before I had to be at work in order to avoid a stressful situation. Not sure why they even have the option for appointments when they seem to be on a first come first serve basis anyway. - Only two workers were on hand to get through several cars. This might have been admissible if they weren't constantly taking breaks to answer their cell phones or light a cigarette. -Because I made it clear that I had somewhere to be, they rushed through my car wash. I observed them completely forget about the underside of my rear bumper as the soap dried on the plastic trim. There were patches of dust and dirt left around my side mirrors. -On top of sending me on my way more than two hours after arriving, they had not even gotten to waxing my car yet! I needed to come in the next day just to have Sam, for a whole 4 minutes, spray some unlabeled wax on a cloth and swirl it on my paint, which obviously had a fresh coating of dust from a day of driving. I would've told him to forget about it if he didn't already charge me full price the day before. Sam and the rest are certainly friendly and well-intentioned, but what this place offers is far from a proper professional job, which is what you want when spending this much. As it stands now I spent upwards of $60 on a wash that would struggle to compete with the coin-operated DIY car washes. Sorry boys. read more

Bought my dream car from a dealership in the OC. As an add-on, i purchased the Lemans vinyl racing stripes to be added. Come to find out that the dealer couldn't do the install, so I took the stripes and decided I would shop around and see who would install them on my car here closer to home, at what I thought was a reasonable price. I know it's hard work, and while something I could attempt myself, I felt it was better to leave it to the professionals. After several yelp quotes which I felt were unreasonably expensive, I got a quote from Mike at Vibe Auto Spa that was more in line with what I thought a fair price would be. I dropped the car off, discussed my vision of how I thought they should look, and they were already preparing the car before I had even left the shop. On top of that, I was prepared to leave the car overnight, but the guys had the car finished the same day. Needless to say, I am happy with how the car looks, and I now have a place to bring it back to for future washes and detailing, to a level that I can appreciate, both financially and aesthetically. I called them up midday and out of the many place I called they had time for me that day within an hour. Speaking on the phone was very pleasant and the man that helped me was very kind. You spend a little more on their silver or gold packages, but I definitely don't think it's expensive for the work they put into it (I also saw they offer a basic car wash at a cheaper price). My car looks so amazing inside and out every time, and it stays that way for weeks. Sam helped me this last time and is so nice!! I feel like I'm in good hands and appreciated as the customer. I bought a detailing offer thru Groupon that unfortunately won't let me leave a review on their site, so I'm leaving it here. I bought what they described on Groupon as a VIP detail for a standard size car. What they tell you is what you'll get, but then when you get there they try and up sell you for what you don't get (shampoo interior, full Armour all of trim, etc.). I left the car there for five hours and expected a fantastic job when I picked it up. However, what I got was a very average, mediocre job. When I complained and showed them things they had missed, they did their best to correct them, but overall I've gotten better detail jobs for less money at my local car wash. I have to give them credit that hey did try and correct their mistakes, lack of transparency in their Groupon offer, but I would never go back to this place again, even with a supposed Goupon "deal." read more

Second time I had parts installed significantly cheaper and quicker than I had I had it done at the dealer, and they even buffed out some scratches while they were at it. These guys are awesome. Seriously. George, Sam and the crew couldn't have been nicer! They were offering their services on Groupon and I'm so very happy I decided to try them out. They're located in the East Hollywood area, between Little Armenia and Thai Town, and near Barnsdall Park. I called ahead of time to make sure they were going to do a thorough detail. If I was going to travel the distance from the Westside, I wanted to make sure it would be worth my while, plus I had an extra issue that I needed to discuss in the way of a deep scratch with remnants of the color of the wall I sideswiped still clinging on (ugh). Thankfully, it was extremely easy to make an appointment. My car was embarrassingly dirty inside and out. It needed attention asap. I asked questions (George was attentive and engaged), received answers and was on my way the next morning. Perfect! They offer to drive you where you need to go while waiting, I'm assuming within reason, although I don't know what that is. I chose to stroll down Hollywood Blvd. towards Wilton Pl. (a ten minute walk). I hadn't been in this neck of the woods for a long time and was surprised to see how it's progressed. There's a center on the corner of H. Blvd. and Wilton; with Starbucks, Ralphs, and various other businesses. I set up my computer at Starbucks and made use of my time. Then, I had lunch at a great Thai restaurant and headed over to Vibe's thereafter. It's easy to keep busy until your car is done. My car: the end result was nothing short of excellent! They even cleaned my engine and undercarriage. I don't believe I've had the pleasure of seeing my engine compartment sparkle before. Nice. They did the best they could with the scratch. I knew it would be a tough one and appreciated the effort made. I'm happy to report it's much improved. Guiltily, I asked for a few more minor things to be done. There was no blink or rolling of the eyes. They gladly did the little extra asked. I also received some bonus info from Sam about buying another car, which I'm in the market for. I had inquired about a certain make and it turns out he had previously owned one. Nothing but good. Needless to say, but I will: I highly recommend Vibe Auto Spa. Their services are beyond and above. Even if you don't use Groupon, their normal fees are still a deal. Nothing better than true customer service, coupled with a great product.
