She was pleasant, knowledgeable, experienced, and professional. Each session included educational information on the intention and benefit of each exercise. While Kris mapped out a treatment plan during her initial exam, she took the time to ask for my personal goals and integrated exercises to help achieve them. Exercises were modified as progress was made. My experience was not unique, as I could witness the same interactions with other patients under treatment. A warm, friendly environment, the staff was always welcoming creating a positive treatment atmosphere. Parking was convenient and plentiful. I highly recommend Athletico St. Charles East.

Within 3 months of consistent rehab, communication, exercise, and dry needling, I am back on the tennis courts and continuing to live my life as I did prior to injury. They were very attentive and listened throughout the entire process. As I went in for my weekly PT, Joe would assess my progress and would address both gains and losses from the week. We would proceed from there...communication was key! There was always a plan.
