Be aware of Dysport Price: They will charge you 3x for Dysport. I was excited to have a TMJ botox as I thought they had a competitive price for Dysport compared to the city. But, long story short, they charged me $679 for 50 units of Dysport by saying it should be 150 units total as it's 1/3 diluted than Botox. I specifically asked for 50 units, not 3x more. I came here because I thought this was half price from my lowest quote, $500 in the city. I doubted the price in the begging because it was too good to be the truth, but anyway, I booked for injection by hoping it was real. When I arrived, the receptionist greeted me, asked me brief questions, and I rechecked the price with her. She said If I get Dysport, it's 1/3 diluted than Botox. (She never said it would be the same price in the end because they charge three times for Dysport to be counted as 1 UNIT.) It's extraordinary because I've never been informed like this before from different doctor's offices. In the end, she charged me $679 with a $20 discount from a reward program. I was confused and immediately realized they had tricked me. She said she informed me in the begging and apologized for the confusion, but it was done already, and I knew they would insist I had 150 units. I paid anyway by laughing at myself, thinking that there was no good to be the truth. I was ripped off by paying almost $200 more and traveling to NJ. If you live in the city, you can find a place charging $500-600 for 50 units. My big mistake was I didn't check the total price. At least, I can inform anyone that the unit price is not what they expect. Hopefully, the injection works as it's supposed to be. For the hope, I give them two stars as I haven't seen the result yet. read more

DO NOT COME HERE - Botched Botox & they won't answer the phone. I've come here for multiple services. Recently, things have gone from bad to worse. After I bought a package for laser hair removal I was told it doesn't matter what person does it and my usual person was medically excused which was fine but then I would have spent my money elsewhere on a package because I was working with a nurse and then started working with randoms and everyone did something different. But, I've finally had it and not even because of the lack of customer service and professionals. I got Botox done here and the day after, I was severely swollen (edema like swelling) on the right side of my forehead and my one eyebrow completely dropped. It looked like there was a sack of fluid under my right forehead skin and the muscle was completely irritated and swollen. I had 3 people call because NO ONE answers that phone. She told me she would answer all my questions on the phone, after receiving pictures she told me that this is normal, I told her no it's absolutely not I went multiple times here before and this is not normal, then they said oh okay well we will call you back. Then they never called me back and wrote me a "wait two weeks" email. I don't think anyone here is qualified to do any sort of work and they are not reliable or trustworthy at all. I would recommend you STAY AWAY at all costs, beyond money but for your own health and aesthetics. read more

I've had a handful of issues with Evolve and it's taken me some time to write a review but I do feel as though I need to share my experience. -Customer Service - it's impossible to get someone on the phone. -I had tried to buy a package with a gift card. Kept getting told that the office manager or someone would get back to me about it. Since the deal was ending, I just paid on my credit card instead. (I thought it was a good deal - it wasn't) -Scheduling. I was accidentally scheduled for a holiday way out. I called to confirm my appointment and was told they were closed that day. Would not fit me in that week. -And finally. I left a bunch of laser treatments on the table because of service. One day, was left waiting 40 minutes for my appointment in the middle of the day. I didn't see another patient come out... The laser tech Adrienne has such a judgemental attitude - it felt like an awkward encounter everytime. After all the inconveniences, I decided to just buy a package at Bared Monkey in the city. This place is way overpriced for this kind of service. read more

My experience here was horrible. The staff is unprofessional. The facial was not relaxing which considering the amount paid it should've been. I saw absolutely no results after the facial. I got dermaplaned and my skin was bumpier than normal. The front desk over charged me and I realized minutes after paying and they said there was nothing they could do about it. I have been trying to get in contact with management I have called and emailed multiple times and they never call me back. There's something off about this place and they've also gotten beyond expensive. I went a few times for botox, and every time it did not fully work and lasted less than 2 months. Recently went to a different place and paid less for the same number of units, and had no movement and it lasted closer to 4 months!!! It just seems very odd. Also after every time the job was not good, one eyebrow would raise more than the other/ misalignment and always needed to go back for touch ups which was frustrating. Premium cost for subpar service and experience- I honestly used to love this place- used to be reasonable pricing but then went way up - $11 from Oct 2020 to $14 mar 2022! I have been going here for over 1.5 years. Monday I had such a horrible experience. I had a new injector and it HuRT so bad I couldn't even finish my original amount requested and was made to feel like I was the issue (never ever had an issue before with pain). Then the check out experience just a nightmare. The girl did not know how to use my credits and messed up multiple times and I had to keep telling her was what incorrect. By the third time I huffed and was like well maybe I need to just go to the other locations because this is too complex for this place she then proceeds to say you are making me nervous and maybe you should just go to the other locations. I was so upset- she actually made me cry with her tone. Once I left I called their corporate number because I can't be the only one that has come there with prepaid credits and have an experience like this. It's been well over 2 days and someone from management still has not reached out. For a place that is charging a premium for injections you would think the experience would be better. I had my lips done with Austin. I asked for Refyne and found out after she injected them that she used Kysse. I knew the second I walked out that something was off because the texture of my lips felt off. I had an allergic reaction to Kysse in the past and was not supposed to use it and made it a point to say I want Refyne. Totally unprofessional and I felt scammed . Awful. My husband purchased a gift card over the phone and I purchased an additional service when they opened over at Maxwell's. When I purchased the additional service the person at the desk combined bi the purchases into one account. When I went to use the vouchers there was no record or account for either myself or my husband having spent $800. I had to provide evidence and made multiple calls and still zero response. I finally tdug up our credit card receipts and found the post it note with the account number provided to me during their opening week. I used part of the voucher which was till not on record. So they still have my money and NO RECORDS or response. I would not got here again or purchase any long term plan. read more

I am dying to give them my business, I truly keep trying to book with them, but their aestheticians book 1.5 months out and they don't reserve/set aside space in case of rescheduling or emergencies. On several occasions, Evolve has called me day-of my appointment with some excuse for why they can't honor my appointment that day, and then they attempt to reschedule me for 3-6 weeks out. I went to Evolve a few weeks ago for my first Botox application in the Hoboken office. My goal was to prevention rather than correction of lines and wrinkles. I was seen by Alexis, who was so welcoming, kind, friendly, and immediately put me at ease. She is extremely knowledgeable about the products available and she was able to answer every question I had without hesitation. I felt so comfortable because of her knowledge and "chair side" manner. I was really impressed with how she explained the process, which would be perfect for someone without a medical background to understand. I've been to other places for other treatments where the provider seemed to want to rush through the process (as if I were interrupting their day) but Alexis took her time to make sure I was 100% comfortable before getting started. Austin was full of personality and information and really dedicated her time to be sure all of my questions and concerns were addressed. Val, Sam and the other fabulous ladies really created a great vibe putting any concerns at ease. Everyone was very knowledgable and personable which is rare and so appreciated. Also, totally worth mentioning, the overall ascetic and cleanliness was above board. This is of course an expected standard but this team ensured everything was safe and sterile. I was introduced to my nurse Shannan from Tracy, (regional sales manager), who ensured me that Shannan was the best in the business and she wasn't wrong! Evolve is amazing!! I went to the Hoboken office for microneedling (3 sessions) and cannot be happier with the entire experience. The office is so trendy, cute, clean and easily accessible. The rewards program and awesome and the staff is amazing. Alexis is PHENOMENAL. She is extremely knowledgeable about everything and does a great job at explaining the entire procedure. She is so easy to talk to, I feel like we've been friends forever with how great our conversations were! Don't waste your time! They have cancelled my appointments multiple times due to their scheduling conflicts with staff and do not properly inform you. (Not to do with Covid one was due to the employee switching to part time, wouldn't you make sure her client app are covered prior to removing her from the book) both of these cancellations came before big events, one being my wedding.
