I've been to 4Everyoung 3 times now. I've had 2 Skinpen sessions and love how it made my skin look! I also had an IV treatment because my arthritis was acting up. It took about 20 - 30 minutes while sitting an a very comfortable reclining chair. I was pleased to find that by the next day my body was feeling much better! I plan on making a standing IV appointment to maintain my well being. The staff were all knowledgeable, friendly and welcoming. Free parking too. I scheduled a vitamin IV on the same day as service. I was very happy to get an immediate appointment being a busy professional with little valuable time. Bait and Switch. I came across an advertisement for Botox on Facebook offering $8 per unit for new customers. Clicked on the add that I was interested. I received a text message saying "your offer has been reserved for you" and asked when I would like to come in for a consultation. The consultation went well. I expressed my concerns and the doctor assured me she would be able to do what I wanted. She drew up the paperwork and then asked me is the price was discussed at the front desk. I told her no but I reserved the $8 per unit offer from Facebook. She then told me that was no longer the price. That offer expired 9 days ago. I showed her my screen shot of the advertisement that mentions nothing about an expiration. It says that it is only for new customers. She stepped out and came back to tell me that she was correct, the offer expired but they could offer me $12 per unit. I should have walked out but I really had my mind set on getting the service. I paid the $12 per unit but left angry. The next day when they reached out to see how the service went I expressed my disappointment in being promised one price and then told another after my consultation. Instead of making right they then decided to offer the discounted rate if I came back in two weeks to get MORE Botox or a complimentary mini facial where they probably would have charged me for something. If the add should have been taken down or an expiration was supposed to be added doesn't matter. I booked and reserved a special and had proof of what I booked and it didn't matter. This is a HORRIBLE business practice. I will not be returning and others should be aware in case they try to do this others. read more

Absolutely horrible. Diluted botox. Wore off in two weeks. Injector stated "doesn't do near eyebrows." Went back in got more done. Still horrible. Never fixed their mess. They harass you to book an appointment and then are below average with service. I found Allison to be rude. Her response was uh huh over and over again. Requested a refund she said no. If I could suggest 0 stars, I would. Originally I visited this office because of an Instagram post. On my initial visit I was quoted I believe $15/ unit for Botox and an offer for a monthly membership for $189/ month to get a quote for $10, which was weird because most Medspa's in Edgewater offer $10 unit w/o a membership fee. I left and was going to find another business. I log onto IG not even 2 days later and see a $10/ unit promotion for new clients. First red flag, why wouldn't the team notify me that they would be running a special literally in a few days for the price I was interested in. I still booked because I'm big on not wasting businesses time as I did come in for a free consultation. Also I forgot to mention in my consultation I was suggested 55 unit. When I came in for my appointment the same injector quotes me 80 units lol, it was a total upsell tactic. I stayed with the original consultation of 55 units. Also I forgot to also mention when I was in the room to receive the service, there was a bloody gauze on the floor, and when I brought it to the attention of the injector she picked it up and I had to remind her to change her gloves. I should of left then but I support young people so I stayed. Second red flag! Once the service was over, the front desk attendant suggest a two -week follow-up appointment, she tells me most people don't need further Botox but suggest I come in. I'm very busy and said cool as long as I get a reminder. Now I do take accountability I forgot about the follow up, but keep in mind I didn't get a call. Check my credit card statement and there is a $75 charge on my card. I called to inform team about the charge and they tell me its a no-show cancellation fee. I spoke with the general manager and she refused to refund me. She offered to apply it to future services which at this point I was not ever patronizing this business. No call to remind the client, no courtesy for a first time and potential life long clients, poor customer service skills, poor sales skills, the consultation ceremony feels totally ingenious and commission driven, and unsanitary!!!!
