Jenny is an amazing aesthetician who introduced me to microdermabrasion coupled with the Aveda products. My skeptical husband can genuinely tell the difference and encourages me to go see Jenny. Bonus! Jenny also preforms wax services. Top notch there too! Chancey is my hair stylist. I've been on this Earth for a bit seeing a few stylists because all my jobs involve travel. Chancey is a natural. Some stylists 'cut' hair. Chancey comes by her talent naturally. Ginger Salon has all the Aveda line of products for purchase too. The salon is super cute, and the staff there only makes it better. Go. Enjoy. Life's too short not to look your best. They'll help you get there~

Margaret has been doing my hair for quite some time. We've never had an issue until my last…read moreservice. While I am sympathetic to things going on in her personal life, it shouldn't have impacted her work the way it did. We had multiple conversations about the services I wanted, with photos and estimates. However, I was pretty shocked when the appointment took over three hours. Time is not the issue though. Margaret was completely unprepared. She didn't have the correct toner or even a place to wash me out. She actually suggested using a DIRTY MOP BUCKET or hosing me down in the alley. I had to walk down the street - in foils and a cape - to a new salon. My hair is not what I wanted and she refuses to refund me after saying she would. Margaret also charged me for the product she offered for the inconvenience. Now she's been ignoring my texts and calls for the last couple weeks. Cannot imagine someone less professional than this. Wish I could give zero stars. Steer clear of Margaret if you care about professionalism, manners, your time or hair.

Moon did my mani, and I'm not sure who did my pedi but it was a younger man. I asked for Moon because her work was all over Yelp and I always like to see someone's work before I go in for an appointment, I'm not disappointed whatsoever. I love my nails! And she's an incredibly sweet person! The only thing I would change is for the person doing pedicures to ask what shape we want our toes, because I always do square (makes my feet look better) and he made them round. He did a great job otherwise
