This is exactly the case for me I have used them before for my home loan needs and yet now again. And Mike Arnold who works for Evoque lending is my and always will be my go to man. Not only Mike but Evoque Lending on a whole is the one and only place you will ever need for any of your home loan needs and you can thank Eddie Luhrassebi for putting together a business that is in a league all there own. And when it came to filling his staff you can tell each a everyone of them were out of a very small circle to choose from and are clearly knowledgeable in what they do, and that is obviously a big plus. But the real plus here is family, friendship, dedication and love of doing what they do, and that is making the home loan process enjoyable, relaxing and the worry free confidence that you get. And that goes back to Eddie who obviously had a vision of how he wanted and what type of employees he wanted at his business. And in my case now my friend and family member at Evoque lending Mike Arnold. Although I have only exclusively doing my business with Mike and his knowledge, dedication and how he has treated me I know because of Mike ,Eddie would not just have one like Mike working there. Obviously Eddie has carefully selected the very rare and hard to find people like this to staff his business. I have not written any reviews on any of my home loans prior to the first time I used Evoque lending. And let me tell you I have had several home loans over my lifetime all for different homes and each time I used a different lender. Well that has all ended since I found Mike at Evoque . I will never use any one else or for that matter no other home lender either . Not only Mike is like a life long friend he is always looking out what's best for me. And we stay connected all through the process. Him and I not me and a company that passes you from one employee to another and not one of them knows about you or what your needs may be and even who you are. All you are to them is a dollar sign and just a rubber stamped number that's making them money. And half the time you don't even know how your loan is progressing and that if you are getting the best rates you can and that they are looking out for you or just themselves and their bottom dollar Well if you've dealt with bank or big business lenders than you know exactly what I'm talking about. Well I can tell you that is definitely not the case at Evoque they will dedicate themselves to you to find something that will work for your situation so that you can fulfill your dream if buying that first home or refinancing what you have at a better rate, whatever the case may be they will help you accomplish what you need. Recently we had the distinct pleasure of retaining Eddie's firm, Evoque Lending, in order to secure desperately needed capital to extend our business to a deeper customer base. In essence we had less than 2 weeks before a once-in-a lifetime business opportunity would literally be taken away from us. My wife began calling all her banking friends, beginning with our own Bank, which we had been with for over 20 years. We thought a few phone calls and it would be settled. RUDE AWAKENING: business relationships are not what they used to be and in short order, every friend and institution we had done great business with were all turning the proverbial cold shoulder to us. Time was slipping away, and in the heat of the pressure, like a miracle, this email came from an old friend. We then were introduced to Eddie. It's a profound feeling when a complete stranger, a lender at that, can suddenly become like a member of the family. From his first call, when he promised me he would do everything to make it work, to the last phone call when he had wired the funds to our bank account - it was like a great burden taken off our shoulders. Our situation was not a "walk in the park" by any measure, but like a Jedi fighter pilot in full battle, Eddie somehow managed to navigate us through the meteorite mind-fields of paper work, appraisals, matching investors, etc. There was even a last-second hiccup with some paperwork with the underwriting that would have pushed us out of the time-frame, but like a real friend and Jedi protector, Eddie got us through and not too worse for wear in terms of our final costs. He struck a fair bargain, and came through with a hero's finish. Our final take-away is that dealing with a financial institution is always a scary, nerve wracking ordeal, and in the world of AI customer service and soul-less robotic bankers, it's refreshing to have one of the good guys out there taking care of us too.
