The sofa had a recliner in each end. I also bought a Queen size bed and mattress with box springs. I added one nightstand that matched the bed. I also wanted a long table to sit a large screen TV on and found one that worked for me. In addition, I bought a unique table that would slide under the sofa or work as an end table. The store delivered all of this on a Friday afternoon exactly when I needed to schedule their delivery time to fit my timeline. The delivery and setup went fine. All of my expectations wet met both by the delivery people and the store's staff. I received 25% off everything.

The fridge had a glitch (through no fault of the folks at Charlie's), but they have been helpful in fighting the maker of the company and their ding Dong fix it people. The owner has visited with my husband numerous times to make the situation right. Charlie's store goes above and beyond.

I was home every day, all day on each of the 4 appointments! Apparently they get paid whether or not they actually do anything! I WILL NEVER use Sears appliance and I have instructed Choice Home Warranty to never schedule them to service my Warranty claims EVER again! If a minus score was available I would give that to this lack of service!!
