Our free phone consultation sold me based on her friendliness, compassion, and knowledge of this therapeutic technique that I've casually dabbled in since 2016. I instantly purchased several sessions. Back when I first started working with her, she was helping me with stress and anxiety. Because I had such impactful, life-changing, and lasting results, I reached out to her again this year to help me with other challenges because I knew that Jackie would be the right person to help facilitate these shifts. I've only met Jackie virtually via Skype and Zoom. This makes it super convenient for appointments since I don't need to commute to an office and can get the most out of the EFT exercises from the comfort of my home. I like that Jackie affirms my thoughts/feelings, and often tells me she resonates with what is on my mind. It helps me release any judgments toward myself. Jackie's also my biggest cheerleader, celebrating any big shifts which occur every session. I feel very safe to feel, emote, cry, smile, and laugh during my video calls. I often feel like I overcome obstacles and achieve some state of emotional peace after our sessions.
