Requested snowblower tune up service…read more A young man came alone to pick up the blower, disconnected my garage door opener and left. I arrived home approx 4pm and contacted the store. Manager told me he was with when he picked up the blower. I have security cameras and it clearly shows one young man at the residence. The manager then put me on hold and returned to tell me is employee disconnected the opener and forgot to reattach...you tell me from the video, he made no attempt to go back in the garage... 15 to 20 minutes after i told them to come back and connect the garage door opener..manager called back saying my blower had been services and they were bringing it back that evening....this time two guys returned the blower carting it across my lawn..."garage off the alley" ... He lied to me about being with his employee in the pick up in the morning....I am now wondering if they serviced the machine at all.... We prefer their 8 ft balsam fir, which is most of what they have in stock. It runs typically $80 and hasn't changed with inflation. The tree lot is a tiny bit confusing because it looks like the trees are being sold by the market next store. But they are all from Ace. The cashier was quick and friendly. Don't go here if you want them to tie it to your car for you, fresh cut the bottom, or wrap your tree in one of those Christmas tree wrapping machines. If you don't care about that, you want a pretty tree that us a great valued tree this is the spot for you.

But When the big box store doesn't have what I need, these guys do. I needed special hardware (hardware is like nuts and bolts) and these guys were the only ones in town who had it. On another occasion I was looking for a vest with a hood, these guys were the last place I went(obviously as they had what I wanted) I went to Tractor Supply, Menards, Home Depot, and Mills Fleet Farm and none of them had what I was looking for. Yes I could of ordered it online but would rather not. I purchased bibs, a winter work coat, boots(once and never again, my work gives me a slip to buy boots) fleece lined jeans. Ect.
