When my sister came for Thanksgiving I sent them back with her to return them. Because it was past their 60 day return policy they would not accept the return even though she explained the situation. They would not even give her store credit or exchange. I am all for supporting small businesses but NOT this one. I am now stuck with two useless hinges and am furious with this store's absolute refusal to work with us. Beware people. Do NOT purchase from this over priced and unethical store. You will get screwed! The people are not helpful with advice on how to do things and they are NOT friendly. They treat you as if you are inconveniencing them with your lowly questions and treat you like you are stupid for asking them.

I then asked about the return period and was told you can return things once they are used at all. I left and will be picking up the same blower from HomeDepot today.
