He looked in her ear and confirmed it was an infection wrote a prescription. She had to pay $25 at the appointment and was told she'd be billed for the rest. Bill was for $266 after the uninsured discount and paying on time it was 157.05 plus the $25 already paid so $182.05... $82 over what she was originally told. Why? Good question because no one has been able to answer that. No one really knows the cost prior to billing which would've been nice to know. Lesson learned only go to urgent cares that charge you at the door don't wait for their surprise bills! Sad world we live in when a 5 min Dr. visit costs that much...

I was having noise/grinding in the rear end of my Ford F150. My technician, Kaleb, met me at 800am on the drop off day. He drove the car with me to ensure he heard what I was hearing. After I left, they performed an 80 point inspection. The results of the inspection identified things that were wrong and needed immediate fix. It also identified "should haves" based on mileage and timing. The text allow me to "accept" or "decline" the service. I phoned for clarification on one item and was given a thorough explanation. I authorized them to perform the tasks I needed most. I received a call at 430pm that night indicating my car was done. I will be going back to Solomon's for future car repair needs.
