It hasn't even been a full 24 hours yet, so I can't speak to any changes there. BUT, I haven't been able to sit cross legged on the floor for many years. My right hip was not allowing full range of movement. (I usually only noticed it when putting on socks!) I was talking about my visit to a coworker this morning, and tried to move my leg as I would, and to my surprise, I could bring it all the way up with no pain. I proceeded to try a cross legged sit, and was also able to do that. Again, no pain. I know it's been over 10 years at a minimum since I've been able to comfortable sit like that.
