They sell you products that their not familiar with, and will not replace anything after the fact. If you order anything from the store, make sure you double check it when you get it before you install it because they take no responsibility or fault for missing items on products. The doors were good, but the biggest issue I had was with their pocket door and barn door. I asked them about a pocket door that would extend across a certain size opening. They said they had two panel pocket doors, which I thought was a great idea. Well, the pocket door came without some hardware, and after 2-3 trips back to the store, we kept receiving the incorrect hardware, and we ended up paying for this incorrect hardware because they would not give it to us as part of the purchase. In order to make a long story short, the installer they requested, kept reminding us that we did not have all the hardware for the install. Currently, I have a two pane pocket door that is not secure. You need two hands to extend it out, and you can look in behind it and see all the dust and debris from the installation. They provided nothing that would shield you from seeing inside of the pocket door when it was open. Use them if you like, but just be aware that there are no refunds, and double check that you have all your hardware and pieces for any type of installation. We even ordered a barn door that was missing some screws for installation.

They have terrible customer service UPDATE. After several bad reviews written on multiple sites I got a refund but the quality of the doors are not worth the money

Their Chandler location has since closed, and while their Phoenix location has a sign stating "by appointment only," they have completely stopped responding to our calls and text messages. We have made multiple attempts to resolve this directly with them, but have received no communication in return. At this point, we have begun the process of filing a claim with our credit card company and are moving forward with legal action. This is the first time we've ever experienced anything like this, and it's honestly pretty disappointing. We were hoping to work with a reputable company, but instead have been forced into a situation where litigation is our only option. We replaced two sliders with a horizontal upper fixed picture window over top 2/3 of window. On the lower 1/3 horizontal level the middle 50% was fixed with two 25% screened windows on the left and right, which slide over the fixed when open. Worked beautifully and the picture window was stunning. Excellent installation of both window. Very happy with the result. It turned out that the bathroom window was misconfigured at the factory, which was initially a disappointment, because it had been designed & ordered appropriately by the Salesman, but here's the thing. This company corrected the problem, at its own expense, and now that this window is in, it's working perfectly and the installation, as before with the kitchen window, was done professionally and expertly. The installers were great guys too. I could not have asked for more professionalism, from the initial Salesman, to Chelsea who communicated frequently with me and the higher up folks who had to approve these corrections and to the installers themselves. In every way possible this is an excellent reliable company and I highly recommend them. The initial design glitch was just that -- a glitch.
