I bought one other item and it appears to be top quality. That is the sum total of my experience. There is one other item-- perhaps minor to some but I see it as professionalism. When I called I double checked, asking the person on the phone to repeat her name. She gave it and I thanked her personally. The next day when I walked in the door, a lady at the counter immediately asked "can I help you?" When I say immediately I mean it- the door behind me had not yet closed. I responded "are you the person ( I used her name) I talked to about the toilet water valve?" Not only did she affirm our previous conversation but she remembered the part number. She then came out from behind the counter and picked the part off the wall and handed it to me to examine. Then as she headed back behind the counter she asked "is there anything else?" I responded with my list of items and one she didn't have the other again, out from behind the counter directly to the item and handed it to me. Yes, customer friendly but also very efficient. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. If you can't tell I am impressed and pleased. I'll admit my calling ahead may have helped. On another recent experience with a different retailer in a different town I had a very different experience. Me "do you offer a service?" Person "no". He offered no alternatives or refer me to another retailer. Basically, if I don't have what you want why should we talk? Not a good experience. Communication was disorganized, and I was sent the same sale documents multiple times, which made the entire process feel chaotic and unreliable. Things didn't improve after the purchase. I picked up the motorhome two months later, after being told certain work would be completed beforehand. I drove an hour to the dealership only to find that none of the promised work had been done. Instead of resolving the issue, I was forced to drive back home and arrange the repairs myself. Now I'm stuck fighting with them to cover costs for work they had already agreed to complete. This has turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal, not to mention the unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. Back in 2018 we purchased a trailer from Fraserway in Leduc. We traded in a trailer that we had an extended warranty on that we did not use and was on the fence purchasing one for this trailer. After being ensured it was refundable we decided to commit to the extended warranty. We entered the refund date into our cell phone calendars with the finance manager that sold us the warranty and even circled the date on the warranty documentation so we would remember the date if we did not use it -as you had to ask for the refund within a certain time period. After avoiding using this warranty and paying for parts and repairs personally we reached the refund date without utilizing the warranty after 7 years. Upon calling to start the refund process we were informed that we were enrolled in the non refundable warranty and that was what we paid for. After reaching out to Fraserway I was passed on to the Finance Manager that now works at the Edmonton location. She reviewed it all and sent back the information to the Leduc GM. I asked for Fraserway to stand by their word and provide compensation for what I would have been refunded minus the difference in price for the refundable warranty. After discussions with the GM he came to the conclusion below: We must stand by the contract that you signed. Contracts are documents which serve to outline an agreement to provide a product or service for a certain price between parties. At the time of signing, all customers are invited to review what they are signing as the ultimate responsibility is with the signatory. However he did offer compensation to the sum of half what the refund would have been as a customer service gesture and in exchange I would need to sign a release form. Being able to trust a establishment and what I am being sold is more important than compensation so I have decided to share my experience with others to avoid the same experience with Fraserway. With understanding it comes down to the customer to review the paperwork and it was 7 years ago I would reccomend shopping somewhere that stands behind their word, but if you do choose to support Fraserway be sure to review all your paperwork.

I looked at the online inventory picked a beautiful trailer and applied. I was approved quickly and started paying for my trailer before I even seen it. Big mistake trusting him and the photos online. I went to go get my camper there, and there was no walk through no instructions I was basically told to get the trailer off the lot by 5 or they would lock the gates. I pulled it off the lot and parked it at the truck stop across the road. When I returned the jack wouldn't work to get it back on my truck after running other errands. Once I had fully set up the camper I was disappointed to find -severe water damage to all the floors as well as some walls. -missing blinds -missing cover for water pump -the back bunk for kids was broken -they provided the wrong power cord for my unit -the oven doesn't work. Very disappointed as the photos in the ad showed no damage and I'm assuming that the damage was why they rushed me out of the yard and didn't do a walk thru. Then after calling them they promised to fix everything. So after I was finished that hitch at work I brought the camper home and on a sketchy corner the trailer decided to lose a wheel. Causing a huge safety hazard to me and everyone else on the road. When I called Shawn about it he told me to get it fixed and he would cover the cost. Getting a roadside call was not cheap and I had to go to Ukraine on a missions trip, so I also had to pay someone to haul my trailer to them. After my 3 week trip I got back to them to tell me my camper is still not ready. So a week after I returned the camper is finally ready. They replaced -the jack. -the water pump cover And gave me a new set of matching rims with mismatched tires, the lug nuts are not even the same size on all 4 which really makes it annoying. When I went to go get my camper I had arranged the day before, then confirmed the day of before driving 3 hours to go get it. Upon arrival Proceeded to tell me that I would not be able to pick up my camper as there was no one to drive the tractor. When I started yelling and swearing then the parts lady ran to the back to see what she could do. Then she returned and said 10 minutes. Then I had to back in to the shop to get my camper. No walk thru like promised. But while we were hooking up the unit the shop guy told me to my face that he can drive the tractor but he was just feeling lazy, but he would do it for the parts lady instead. I'm pretty blown away by the unprofessional attitude and the blatancy towards a customer. I really expected more from a professional dealership, oh and Shawn Dempsey has yet to reimburse me for towing, parts and service as he promised me he would, he also berated my friend who refered me to him because he sold me a junk product and I'm holding him accountable. I've refered 2 other people since to other dealerships through my friend. Also there is a water leak in the lines that I need to get fixed. I've asked about replacing the whole unit as this one is obviously sub par but they fail to communicate with me at all about this.

Tried to take my old parts but I demanded them which was great because once I got them I knew they were lying this was a simple leaf spring replacement they cut it all off so they delayed me 3 days and lied to con me for nearly double the quote and they deleted my first Google review so this is me writing it again because of how bad the service was I argued and walked away paying 50% more than the quote 1800$. I'd just make sure if you use this shop for repairs you know what you need and rough time and complexity it'll take otherwise they may try and take advantage of you. I'd also note if they can make my first review disappear how many people have they done this too? Their high rating is likely a lie of that is the case. Than when I was leaving their shop there was odd noises coming from the trailer just pulling out I checked everything they did and the rear bolts on the leaf springs both sides were not properly sunk! I could fit a credit card between the bolt and it's surface when I told them they said that's fine it'll work it's self out on the road!!! So I had to drive home like this and have it fixed ones I got home. I could have had this done at home for less than 600$ in parts and it would have been done faster and properly without the delays. Highly recommend you do a inspection and check every bolt. Also he said he could not get new stabilizers which originally I was told a full replacement with the hack job I got back im concerned because he said he had to drill out my old stabilizers to get the new bolts in and more and more I don't trust they are csa approved anymore for the road so now I got to order them and have them replaced because they modified a csa part and I don't trust them enough to believe it is still safe for the highway. I will say the front staff was awesome very friendly to try and find solutions and happy to help. But the service manager is a con man. Broke the alberta fair trade act and consumer protection act. Reduced from two stars to one start because they deleted first review on Google but Iv saved this one in case they delete it again this is an important review and I'll make sure it stays up for at least one years time. I'll also be making sure to do more than just Google because of the highly poor work and the fact they deleted it once. Shame on Google for allowing that.
