It written out 5º so how can you say. Can't duplicate customers concerns. Just so you don't have to fix it.

Sharing documented experience with warranty service -- details here: https://gosucks.com We purchased a brand-new RV from this dealership and immediately ran into multiple issues that were documented on their own work orders. Despite this documentation, the dealership has refused to complete the warranty repairs. One example: the refrigerator has consistently been running at 8°C, which is outside the manufacturer's specified operating range. The dealership stated this was acceptable. I contacted the refrigerator manufacturer directly, and they confirmed that this temperature is not within spec. Even with this confirmation, the dealership declined to fix the issue. This is not an isolated problem. There are multiple unresolved issues, all recorded in service documentation, yet no corrective action has been taken. I've created a website that includes photos, dates, service records, and written proof so others can review the facts for themselves: https://gosucks.com I'm posting this so future buyers can make an informed decision and understand what happens after the sale when warranty work is needed.

Communication was disorganized, and I was sent the same sale documents multiple times, which made the entire process feel chaotic and unreliable. Things didn't improve after the purchase. I picked up the motorhome two months later, after being told certain work would be completed beforehand. I drove an hour to the dealership only to find that none of the promised work had been done. Instead of resolving the issue, I was forced to drive back home and arrange the repairs myself. Now I'm stuck fighting with them to cover costs for work they had already agreed to complete. This has turned into a frustrating and time-consuming ordeal, not to mention the unexpected out-of-pocket expenses. Overall, I'm extremely disappointed with the lack of organization, poor communication, and what feels like a lack of honesty and accountability. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere if you're considering buying a motorhome.

Do not recommend purchasing trailer here - unless you read every line of paperwork completed by…read morethem. They do not stand behind their word - or a clerical error on their part. Back in 2018 we purchased a trailer from Fraserway in Leduc. We traded in a trailer that we had an extended warranty on that we did not use and was on the fence purchasing one for this trailer. After being ensured it was refundable we decided to commit to the extended warranty. We entered the refund date into our cell phone calendars with the finance manager that sold us the warranty and even circled the date on the warranty documentation so we would remember the date if we did not use it -as you had to ask for the refund within a certain time period. After avoiding using this warranty and paying for parts and repairs personally we reached the refund date without utilizing the warranty after 7 years. Upon calling to start the refund process we were informed that we were enrolled in the non refundable warranty and that was what we paid for. After reaching out to Fraserway I was passed on to the Finance Manager that now works at the Edmonton location. She reviewed it all and sent back the information to the Leduc GM. I asked for Fraserway to stand by their word and provide compensation for what I would have been refunded minus the difference in price for the refundable warranty. After discussions with the GM he came to the conclusion below: We must stand by the contract that you signed. Contracts are documents which serve to outline an agreement to provide a product or service for a certain price between parties. At the time of signing, all customers are invited to review what they are signing as the ultimate responsibility is with the signatory. However he did offer compensation to the sum of half what the refund would have been as a customer service gesture and in exchange I would need to sign a release form. Being able to trust a establishment and what I am being sold is more important than compensation so I have decided to share my experience with others to avoid the same experience with Fraserway. With understanding it comes down to the customer to review the paperwork and it was 7 years ago I would reccomend shopping somewhere that stands behind their word, but if you do choose to support Fraserway be sure to review all your paperwork.

Hey folks, just wanted to let you know that this dealer lies to you and give you 30 days to find…read morethe lies, as well as putting yours and others lives at risk on our highways, in the name of profit. Short story, just so you can be aware; my daughter bought an rv from these folks five years ago in 2019, and has had no issues with it. When she bought it she was told it had new tires on it, and like the majority of people, has no idea how to check this, other than look at them and say, yes they look good. Although it was a verbal conversation, he said/she said, there was written confirmation from this dealer that the tires were less than 5 years old. 5 years for those of you that don't know is the oft recommended date by which tire manufacturer's recommend you should be thinking seriously about replacing your tires; over 7 years on an RV and your starting to gamble with yours and other highway users safety. In any event, I was out to visit my daughter this past weekend, and knowing that she'd purchased the vehicle with "new" tires in 2019, I thought I'd give them a quick check for any obvious signs of cracking/checking, which is always one of the indicators of time to replace. I can say that I was absolutely horrified to learn that she'd just pulled her trailer up to a park site along Highway 2 with tires that were 14 years and 2 months old!! These tires were already 9 years and 2 months from manufacture date when she purchased the RV from Western RV Country, with a written confirmation that they were less than 5 years old. I don't know about you other RV'ers out there, but in my book that is fraud, and a flagrant disregard for customers and other highway users safety! I thought okay, I'll take some pictures, and the documents, and go and see the dealer about it and give them an opportunity to acknowledge their error in judgement. I asked for the owner, and the receptionist introduced me to a gentleman who was sitting having his lunch at a table in the main office. He told me in no uncertain terms that customers had 30 days to bring matters to their attention; and he was not interested in this issue. He said "if we accepted issues after 30 days we'd make no profit" and we're "talking about a $60 item". He had no concern for consumer or highway safety. I did offer to pay him $60/tire, to replace the ones that they had lied about, and was shown the door. I am surprised there are no regulations that preclude this type of unscrupulous behavior, although I do intend to do a little more exploration of possible recourse, not because of the money involved, the tires would be due to replaced possibly in 5 years in any event, but in order to try and prevent this dealer continuing to take advantage of people buying their vehicles who don't know how to read tire manufacturing dates, and putting more peoples lives at risk on our highways. Unacceptable!

We purchased a CanaDream Inc used motorhome from Eva Moser (Internet Sales Manager) and Brock Simmons (General Sales Manager) in May 2024 after being assured it was "like brand new," fully inspected, and in excellent condition. These statements were blatantly untrue. Brock even refused to supply items promised at the time of sale until we escalated the issue to head office. After driving 800 km to pick up the unit, we immediately discovered multiple issues--followed by more within 24 hours: a torn mattress, missing parts, cracked tires, electrical failures, a leaking hot water tank, and a large stain above the driver's seat that staff dismissed as "soap residue." This stain was later proven to be long-term, undisclosed water damage that ArrKann RV should have known about and that CanaDream Inc., the real owner at the time, had previously documented. None of this was disclosed by ArrKann RV during the sale. We then spent months caught between ArrKann Trailer & Sport Center in Edmonton and CanaDream inc in Delta, BC. We were forced to make 860 km trips for each repair at our own expense, only to face delays, poor workmanship, and incomplete repairs. While the motorhome sat unusable, water began leaking into the front cab--the exact area we questioned on pickup and were told it was soap residue from the detailing guys and that it had "no leaks or previous damage" stated by Eva Moser and Riley, the technician. Later records confirmed prior roof work in all the same locations. ICBC then informed us the motorhome could not be registered because it was still legally registered to CanaDream Inc. ArrKann RV sold us a vehicle they hadn't properly transferred. Repairs done by CanaDream Inc were not industry standard, and we were denied any documentation of the repairs performed. We were told everything was between Jason Granger (CanaDreamn Inc Sales Manager) and Chris Caldwell (VP Customer Experience & Marketing, ArrKann RV). We received no receipts, no repair details, and no transparency. ArrKann RV then Chris Caldwell asked us to sign a release waiving all future claims. We refused. Their urgency to obtain our signature was as telling as alarming. In early 2025, when attempting to trade the motorhome in, the receiving dealer uncovered major structural roof damage, hidden repair work, and long-term water intrusion that both ArrKann RV and CanaDream Inc failed to disclose, even though they were in possession of inspection reports that stated otherwise. This resulted in losses exceeding $30,000 to us personally. When we approached Chris Caldwell to discuss compensation or talk accountability, we were denied. We were told the unit was used and had "no warranty," despite months of misrepresentation, false assurances, and repeated promises that the situation would be made right. If you are considering buying from ArrKann Trailer & Sport Center or CanaDream Inc, proceed with extreme caution. Our experience has been financially devastating, stressful, and deeply disappointing. It appears that used RVs sourced from CanaDream Inc are being flipped quickly with minimal inspection and no transparency. Many promises--no follow-through. We trusted the "family-owned, award-winning" image they promote. Unfortunately, our experience suggests otherwise. Their heavy advertising on repairs and winterizing now feels like the old tale of a fox guarding the henhouse.

I bought one other item and it appears to be top quality. That is the sum total of my experience. There is one other item-- perhaps minor to some but I see it as professionalism. When I called I double checked, asking the person on the phone to repeat her name. She gave it and I thanked her personally. The next day when I walked in the door, a lady at the counter immediately asked "can I help you?" When I say immediately I mean it- the door behind me had not yet closed. I responded "are you the person ( I used her name) I talked to about the toilet water valve?" Not only did she affirm our previous conversation but she remembered the part number. She then came out from behind the counter and picked the part off the wall and handed it to me to examine. Then as she headed back behind the counter she asked "is there anything else?" I responded with my list of items and one she didn't have the other again, out from behind the counter directly to the item and handed it to me. Yes, customer friendly but also very efficient. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. If you can't tell I am impressed and pleased. I'll admit my calling ahead may have helped. On another recent experience with a different retailer in a different town I had a very different experience. Me "do you offer a service?" Person "no". He offered no alternatives or refer me to another retailer. Basically, if I don't have what you want why should we talk? Not a good experience. I would give them a higher number if I went again and was treated more thoughtfully.

I own a few small businesses and have to fight for companys to pay up there invoices ,and this is a walk in the park compared to dealing with rv city. The icing on the cake is today , a manager named Glenn basically told me to shut up, and take my rv (akaLemon) and go some where else , he proceeded to tell me that "we can't make you happy, we will take off the irrelevant diagnostic fee , and if you don't like it go some where else"...you know what Glenn , I will after this ordeal , I will take as many of my fellow Facebook family's on all camping forums , and my personal family's business with me. Thank you for really showing R.v city's true colors here today...craziest thing is I can say literally this whole purchase was one of the most negative experiences, and biggest regrets of my life...... It was not the fact , they can't magically fix everything that has been wrong with the trailer ,not the fact that so far every summer I have owned a trailer it has been back at rv city two to three times a season , it is the fact that no one will stand beside the Jayco product , including everyone at rvcity ,minus one manager the second year out in morinville, he help tremendously, but since then no one will stand up and say yah that's not proper let us take care of this. Instead you will be greater with a 95 dollar diagnostic fee , and a estimate in labor @160dollars an hour , I'm over the lies , the false promises, the failures of the trailer , I can't say Jayco is a bad product , as long as you have some one willing to stand beside it...do t be mislead by the 4 or 5 star reveiws , Rv city's sale team , was amazing they really didn't feel pushy at all they definitely may have mislead me abit and over priced a few thing , but all round I felt comfortable with the Jayco purchase. Then all down hill from there .....especially the past two years the team they have in leduc , well up front and in office, not the mechanics , I feel the mechanics and techs are spot on , but the service and managerial systems need an over haul absolutley horrendous. Literally today I was told to go some where else because I was asking to many questions , I could hear in Glenns(manager) voice he was getting all worked up , and then proceeded to tell me , take your business some where else , because they were flip flopping on prices through emails ,"have emails for proof"....as a ceo/ manager of a business I couldn't say that to clients or I wouldn't have a job. If a customer has questions about outrageous numbers he is being sent , you answer them , if a customer has questions about technical stuff with his trailer and how you are planning to fix it you answer them . You don't get all flustered and talk over the customers questions , I couldn't even ask all the questions cause Glenn kept talking louder and over me while saying " take your trailer somewhere else" Sad part is I literally dread next season , and I'm not even through this one , just cause I still have warranty On 50 percent of the trailer and I will personally have to deal with Rv city again for the up coming repairs next seasons (2022) All in all this reveiw isn't bashing Jayco as a brand , it's more to make people aware of what's to come, after you walk out of that sales office with the giant smile on your face and stoked about your new trailer and can't wait to go camping , hope this reveiw may of saved you from that amazing amazing experience, FIND A DEAERSHIP WHOE SEES YOU AS PERSON/FAMILY ,and not a wallet and a quick sale. 4 years with rv.city , I'm a wallet.... an empty wallet lol Gl happy camping all!!!!!
